This place was pretty gross. It seemed to be in a ghetto part of the area as well. The rooms could have been much cleaner as well. I would not recommend staying here and will not be staying again. It was during a busy convention time and I was unable to stay anywhere else. I have stayed at their other... More

I absolutely love this location. The suites are huge for your money. Never had any cleaning issues. I stay here for a month at a time, housekeeping comes once a week and leave my suite spotless. My biggest dislike is no wifi in the rooms, but I have my hotspot. The management is friendly and more then willing to help... More

Horrible staff that does not know how to do their job. The property manager is rude and incompetent. They will find any way to over charge you for an awful, dirty apartment. There are very low class people trolling the property trying to start conversations with you. Lots of crime in the area (police are there on a regular basis).... More

We drove in overnight and asked for early check in. Our room was ready at 1pm and we were very excited to put our kids down for a nap and take naps ourselves. After waking up from our naps I was constantly taking lint and previous guests food out of our 1yr olds mouth. Upon further inspection I found fingernails... More

AVOID THIS PLACE. Don't be fooled by their low prices. Most rooms smell bad (odor from cheap carpet shampoo or something), noisy neighbor and they did nothing about it...NOTHING... nice girl at office but management has NO CLUE about customer service. They just want your money. Spend a little bit more and enjoy your stay somewhere else. We will never... More

Stayed in first room one week. Musty carpet and furniture. Mattress and sofa were infested with bedbugs. Got lots of bedbug bites. Moved me into extremely clean suite and everything was fine. Don't understand why they allowed one of their suites to get in such poor condition.

As a very frequent traveler I tend to be annoyed at the irritating distractions caused by poor maintenance and lack of care. This "motel" is actually apartments that rent on a short or long term basis. I was looking to save some money, but couldn't stay longer than one day, so I paid the higher rate of around $70 a... We love Thornhill Park. It's not like any hotel/motel setting so if you're looking for a stay in those kind of setting maybe Thornhill Park is not for you. I love the fact that Thornhill Park feel like a home away from home. My family and I cook our own goodwill we stayed there, so that save us a bunch... More

I stayed at this Hotel even though I knew it was far from the convention center, because we were traveling with 2 kids; on the picture it shows washers and dryer besides the kitchen, but ohh what a surprise our room was two bedrooms and they said the washer and dryer is only in the one bedrooms ; the place...
