We were attending a conference at the Salt Palace and we wanted to stay within walking distance. Our room was on the first floor and had two queen beds. For the price, this room was a bargain! It was very clean and the furniture seemed like it was custom made. The bathroom reminded me of bathrooms in much more expensive... More

We stayed here for a stay-cation away from the kids. The lobbyis beautiful, the hot tub is nice(but crowded and loud during our stay :-( , and the beds really are heavenly. The room and bathroom were well maintained and clean, but are certainly dated. It appeared they hired my 3-yr old to touch up the caulk in the shower/tub.... More

This hotel has a lovely ambiance, and the rooms are large, and quiet! Of course the beds are always amazingly comfy! The staff is friendly, and extremely competent! Thanks to Brook, a beautiful plate of brownies, cookies and chocolate dipped strawberries were waiting for me because it was my birthday! Of course that is because I am a Starwood member... More

Really enjoyed our recent stay. The hotel is nice and the lobby areas are great. Love all of the fire places. We had a nice room with a king bed and balcony which was fun. I thought that the beds were very comfy. Parking is the only downside. There is plenty but not close.

Right off the bat this place won me over by giving me an extra free bottle of water upon check-in, I always seem to be so thirsty when travelling! Nice ambiance in the lobby, including the firepit outside. I've always had rooms in the tower. Beds offer a great night sleep and I am always a fan of a room... More

Here for a few days of skiing. Hotel entrance is on a one way street so watch your flow into the facility. This hotel is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, and other facilities (convention center, arena, etc.). The desk clerk gave us a discount card and recommended a ski shop a couple blocks away for discounted... More

I had a little concern about this hotel, both from reading some of the reviews and having been told by a friend who has stayed here to consider staying elsewhere. I was very happy that I stayed here. My room was comfortable and clean and attractive. The people were incredibly nice, from the warm check-in and upgrade to club floor,... More

Spending a week at the same hotel for business is trying to begin with so, while "perfection" is not expected there are some areas that need to be above average. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The buffet service for all meal breaks during our business meetings was well above average. The service was what I... More

On my business trip, I chose to stay several blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center, the location of our convention. I found the room, lobby and lounge pleasantly quiet and restful. Granted, the blocks in Salt Lake City are very long. The walk each day to the convention center in the chill January air invigorated the heart and mind.... More
