I travel the world and stay in hostels and am pretty familiar with hostels in the US. This one ranks on a par with much larger facilities, let's say in DC or Baltimore. As for location, really about 2 blocks from a Utah tram stop, for cleanliness and for courtesy of staff, I was really happy within minutes of arriving.... More

I attempted to stay at a different hostel but they were sold out, this was offered as a alternative but I was warned "it was a little rough around the edges". Pro: Cheap ($20 for a dorm, $30 for a private room). Clean and quiet. Terrance, the manager, was friendly and helpful. Excellent restaurant near by (The Red Iguana).
