Stayed here with a friend for a single night before flying home. We had a 2 queen bed room on the 4th floor. Room was very roomy and had an L-shaped couch and desk. Room was clean, modern and stylish. Bed was comfortable but pillows were crappy and flatten out when you lay your head on them. I would definitely... More

I am totally sold on the Hyatt Place and usually choose to stay in one whenever available. For the same price as any other motel, you get a big room with a sitting area, closet and fridge. They offer a free hot breakfast in the morning. The check in is generally very efficient. The whole experience is very good and... More

I am platinum member almost diamond. I came at noon to check in. The girls automatically said we have no rooms. The parking lot is empty. She said come back at 1pm. I told her I was platinum and always able to check in a little early. They could care less and told me I had to wait. I asked... More

It was a comfortable hotel, nice beds, and not a lot of noise even though it was very close to the airport. It took along time to check me in; the person checking me in was also helping take orders at the restaurant. I was also woken up several times the first night because they kept giving my room to... I stayed here one night before leaving Salt Lake after a Ski Trip. I had never been here before, nor had I stayed at a hotel with this concept. I liked it a lot. The room was clean and fresh and had a nice little living room area. I also liked the food concept -- call and order a simple... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times from the time it was brand new and this stay has exhibited a rather rundown hotel. Dried blood spatter on the wall, wallpaper hanging off and a clogged sink capped off my stay. The fridge didn't work very well and the walls were nearly devoid of the any décor. I'm pretty disappointed... More

I stayed here for a night. The hotel is a three minute drive from the airport, and away from traffic, so there is minimal road noise, just the occasional jet engine that didn't bother this light sleeper. Room layout is unique, making it look like a suite. Breakfast is free and includes hot and cold foods, and really good oatmeal.... More

I stayied in Hyatt Salt Lake Airpt for 3 nights. Hotel is new, the room is spacious, mini bar, free parking, wifi is good and a big flat tv. Is near to airport, 1mile and is very quite. The breakfast is great, hot stuffs, some breads, yogurt, fruits and juices. Is a little bit far from downtown but if you... More

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Fri night and Hyatt Place Sat night. Hyatt Place SLC provided me better experience than Holiday Inn SLC west (they are less than 0.5 mile from each other) for the following reason: 1) nicer staff (front desk and breakfast service lady) 2) much bigger room (divided living and bedroom area) 3) bigger gym that... The Hyatt Place near the SLC airport is an excellent choice and apparently, all Hyatt Place units are the same for layout and breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and are actually a small suite with a large couch and bar sink area.
