So, we stayed here during Salt Lake Comic Con. By the time we confirmed we were going to go to SLCC, most of the hotels near the Salt Palace had been booked out so I had to look a litle farther out. It only took a minute or two to get into downtown anyway from this hotel. We were there... More

I spend between 80 - 100 nights per year in hotels. Being gone that much pretty much dictates that I find hotels who understand the needs of the business traveler and can deliver a consistently high level of service. This hotel has been exemplary in both. I have found their employees to be very guest-oriented, highly motivated to provide an... More

Let me begin by stating that we checked in on a Friday evening as we had a late flight. Joey or Josh ( can't remember his name) was very nice, accommodating and even recommended a pizza place that delivered late! Really nice after a long day! We spent one night as we were traveling elsewhere. Other than the pizza place... More

Spent one night on a business trip and was looking forward to the experience but it was a letdown. The hotel is very close to the airport but really, in SLC everything is close to the airport....it's a surprisingly small town. The evening started on a bit of a bad note as I got to the front desk and had... More

Thru a rain storm the driver for the shuttle bus guides us to the airport to return our rental car then waits for us to ride back to the hotel. He also drove us to the airport the following morning at 6:30 am. This guy works long and hard hours and still has great attitude.

We were staying here for one night as we flew in to visit a few colleges with the kids. The location is very good if you fly in or plan to fly out. We had some issues, but none were deal breakers for us and we would stay again in a heart beat. First, there are no fast food places... More

Pro's - convenient location, very spacious rooms for family of 5, clean, comfortable beds, quality linens, customer-focused & professional shuttle drivers (thumbs up to our driver Rick) Con's- disorganized front desk... took 40 minutes for our shuttle to pick us up at airport & no one at front desk when we arrived at hotel. Also, bring earplugs as air conditioner... More

Perfectly functional, fine airport hotel. Recommended if you are either arriving late to SLC, or departing early. Newish construction, nice fixtures, neat view of the runway for planespotters, expect some filtered airplane noise. There's absolutely nothing else in the area.

We just got home from Hyatt Place Salt Lake City Airport. Any time you stay at an airport hotel, it is simply to get a good night's rest when you are quick in and quick out to a city. It is certainly not for the ambience. We have stayed at Hyatts all over the world and love the customer care... More

Very nice rooms with plenty of space and clean. Location is a little off the beaten track for Salt Lake, but real close to the airport if you have an early flight to catch. They offer a complimentary breakfast which is pretty broad. Everything from cereal/bagels, to scrambled eggs and sausage. They also had pre-made waffles but they were a... More
