Excellent! This was a short stay for me just to get away for a little R&R. I live in Salt Lake but wanted to get away from my apartment and had a comped room from a friend of mine that I decided to put to use. The room I stayed in was GORGEOUS!! Very well decorated and I loved the... More

This was a return visit to this property for me. I chose to return because of the positive nature of my last stay. I wasn't disappointed and will certainly return again. The property is clean and well maintained. It's also very well located in the downtown area of SLC, close to entertainment areas and various company HQs. The reason this... More

Wow. The staff here went beyond what they should to help me! I was involved in a skiing accident and tore my ACL. I had to check-in earlier than usual since I was cutting my trip at Park City short. Due to my injury, I requested for ice, which was promptly delivered to my room. I can’t give enough praises... More

Our family really enjoyed this hotel. We hadn't realized that the pool is seasonal, so we were a bit disappointed to discover that the pool is not open in the winter. On our way out, we asked the manager (Derek) about this, and he went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay (even though swimming was out... More

Stayed here for my anniversary. Hotel is clean. Room is clean, and nice. Got what I paid for...except parking. They charge $10 a night for parking. Which is ridiculous if you ask me, but what option did I have? The clerk said I can pay $10 a night or $1 an hour at a parking garage 1/4 mile down the... More

Our trip was our "parents away from the kids for New Years" excursion. Hubby and I checked in on a frosty, ten degree New Year's eve and were welcomed by an amazing check-in staff. It was a busy evening, but we were taken care of promptly and placed in room 305. The Hyatt rooms are standard "business" fare in my... More

The hotel had a great location. We were able to walk around and get dinner after being cramped in a car for 8 hours. The room was very cozy and welcoming and had a separate living space. It also included a really yummy breakfast and was pet friendly. This was important since we are moving across the country to Canada... More

This is the 2nd Hyatt Place we have stayed at, the first was in Grand Junction CO a few years ago and because of that stay during this road trip we for sure wanted to stay at this one once we saw it. We have two dogs so being pet friendly is great. Just like the one in CO the... More

The rooms were nice and attractive. The bed was average, with a B hotel mattress. Shower with no bath, Shampoo and conditioner but no lotion (which we could have used, as it was so cold that the air was totally dry). In-room heater worked great on the coldest night in many months. Included breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices.... More

Clean hotel with nice rooms with a little different layout than your typical hotel. Nice living space. Breakfast is ok. Staff is nice and helpful. Mini fridge is useful and the beds are comfortable. 24 hour food is also nice.
