Great staff! But downhill from there. Old property. No airport shuttle. Slow internet. Tiny room. No work desk (small rd table). No air, heat only. Old bed. Poor support. It was clean and had good TV. The desk clerk saved me from calling it a bad experience. Excellent service but for a couple dollars more there are lots of newer,... More

The room was old and worn out and had not been thoroughly cleaned - There was a significant amount of hair and other debris between the refrigerator and dresser. Carpet was old and worn so it was hard to tell if it was clean or not. The beds and sheets were... More

For starters- the pictures are not an accurate depiction of the rooms. I was in a room with a king sized bed that had some dark stain on the outside of the comforter. The room smelled kind of funky. The bathroom was tiny, and the ceiling was yellowing from water. When we were packing our stuff to leave room service... More

Staff members Kaio and Ali went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean and contained all amenities. Centrally located to Temple Square and transit. We would definitely stay here again.
