Staff members Kaio and Ali went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Bed was super comfortable, room was clean and contained all amenities. Centrally located to Temple Square and transit. We would definitely stay here again.

Decently clean & updated room. Horrible service. Complete disrespect to customers. No name tags or uniforms and look like customers and are hard to identify. The front desk fails to give check out time, good directions to room, breakfast times & wifi password. Unessary charges on my card of 11 dollars in taxes and hotel charges. Breakfast was alright. I found my room very smelly and old. The door wouldn't close or open correctly. Worst stay of my life. The only good thins was the breakfast and the nice lady helping to serve

Best bang for your buck out there! Good location, great breakfast and kind/helpful people working at this location. I stayed at Ramada with my family and we loved it! Will return if given the chance! A+

The entrance to the hotel is actually nice but the rooms leave a lot to be desired. They smelled musty and smokey. He floors were stained and felt and looked really dirty. And the bathroom had cracked floors and grime. Glad I only had to stay one night.

My second stay here and its as pleasant as I remembered. The hotel is very nice overall, with clean grounds, pool, fitness, meeting rooms, full hot breakfast, fully loaded upgraded rooms and most important the staff really cares about the guest. Especially Kalo and Faapoi, they always make you feel at home and are very helpful, friendly & professional. I... More

The front desk staff was horribly trained and although management was on site they offered no help. It took 45 minutes to check in to two rooms. One of which we were promised was on the ground floor for my elderly father. It was not. Another thirty minutes of untrained ground staff walking me around in twenty degree weather trying... More

This place is a dump, it is old, out-dated and filthy dirty. The front desk does not know how to take care of customers. In one room the sheets had now been changed and in the other there was hair and dirt on the counters around the sink. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone!!
