Sitting in the room and sweating I decided to look at reviews while I waited for for the maintenance man to fix the AC. Looks like half loved it and the other half hated it. Nearly 100 degrees outside and nearly as hot in the room. We should have slept in our car then come and used their bathroom facilities.... more

We stayed here a couple of years ago and wasn't very happy. The room was dirty with bugs, no pool facilities open, and they charged us to leave our car in their lot for the week while we flew to Florida because the room was booked on Priceline. No other SLC airport hotel has done this, and we have stayed... more

I stayed in this place for one night. It was clean and well kept. The building is old and located near a power plant which had lots of noise. What I liked about this place was it's proximity to the temple and highways. Nothing special about it. I didn't have any specific problem but might try some where else next... more

The Quality Inn SLC was a great deal. The room was quiet and clean. It looked like it was recently refurbished. The free breakfast was really pretty good. Even though it's billed as an "airport" hotel, it's only about five minuts from downtown and very convenient to lots of things we wanted to see in Salt Lake City. We would... more

1) Area is very busy with blaring train noise and jets taking off. 2) Housekeeping staff opened the my room door 3 times before check-out. 3) After I got home and check my card balance I see they have also over-charged my card for the room. more

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the great looking outdoor jacuzzi they had. Well, it was closed because it was being "totally renovated." No work had been started, it appeared to simply be totally broken. Our non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The room was tiny, very old, worn, dirty, and loud; as I could hear... more

Thank you for sharing your comments with us. With you looking forward to our hot tub facilities and it being closed I complete understand your frustration. From there nothing was satisfactory. I understand that and I’m saddened that your experience wasn’t what you expected. Thank you again for sharing your feedback and comments, we value your input. We hope you...

The price was right but the rooms are old and small. So small that both rooms that they tried for us could not fit a rollaway bed yet they advertise and have rollaway beds. We decided to forget about the rollaway and sleep on the two beds in the second room. The evening staff was pleasant but inexperienced when dealing... more

We booked this hotel based on location to a volleyball tournament. Honestly I wasn't expecting much but when I stepped up to the counter to register I was very pleasantly surprised by a young man named Paul who was very professional, very friendly and exceeded my expectations immediately. I stay in many hotels of the economy variety and have lowered... more

My kids and I stayed at the Quality Inn on a recent trip to Salt Lake City and we really liked it. It's an older hotel but has nicely appointed modern rooms and it was very clean. The staff people were professional and nice. We liked having the free internet. Also the computers in the lobby were a nice touch.... more

I stayed one night with my wife after a one day flight from Italy and connection in NY. So we arrived to SLC late in the night and very tired. We booked a king-size bed with complimentary breakfast through the hotel website. The hotel has a good shuttle bus service to/from the airport, we were picked up and taken to... more
