I have stayed at the Monaco in SLC, Utah several times and have never been dissapointed. Pricey but you truly feel pampered by accomodations and the staff. The animal print bathrobes are always a delight as is the wine and cheese refeshment hour every afternoon. Location in Salt Lake is great. You can walk to most downtown attractions and the... More

Very nice hotel in downtown Salt Lake. Although the rooms are fairly small, they are well appointed and clean. Yes they do have pocket doors for the bathroom. It's very interesting that they never replaced the soap in my 6 day stay - a normal practice in most other hotels I've stayed in. Front desk service was OK, but refused... More

Very surprised by this hotel. From booking through the website it looked nice, but you know photos can be deceiving, but the photos were actually accurate. Nice room, large, bed was comfy, and service was excellent. Ate breakfast down in the restaurant which was very nice. Definitely will be staying here next time I'm in town.

Loved the location of this inn in downtown Salt Lake City. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also appreciated the excellent service of the front desk and especially the valet. Our car was instantly available to us when we needed it. Our room was neat and clean, but SO small!! We barely had room to walk around.... More

The Hotel Monaco is certainly a treasure in Salt Lake City. When my best friend booked the hotel for the most important day of her life, her wedding, we were all ecstatic! Planning an event of such importance always comes with it's up's and downs, but unfortunately, Hotel Monaco delivered far too many downs. Communication was lacking between the staff,... More

We stayed here for one weekend and loved this hotel! It's a smaller hotel in terms of size. Super friendly staff and excellent service. The hotel decor is kitschy chic and trendy all around. Great location, and walking distance to The Copper Onion for brunch!

I run a charity for military families in Utah. When my family came to visit we stayed at the hotel that sits right next to our office. It was an awesome experience from the moment we walked through the door to the check-out. Rooms are top notch and very comfortable.

Excellent great from valet and doorman. Very friendly host. Rooms really good. Stayed on 15th floor. Plenty of space, nice furnishings. Bathroom excellent. Rooms nice and quiet. The breakfast menu was somewhat limited and quite pricey; the restaurant has a good dinner reputation but I did not eat there.

Things that are great: the surrounding area, the bar, the restaurant, the room, the a/c, the television, the amenities provided, the amenities available, the mirror outside of the bathroom to make sure you are keeping it tight, the iron & ironing board...and the price. Things that are not great: That there isn't a Ryann in every hotel I go to.... More

We checked in with two boxers and a bunch of luggage. The staff was quick and friendly. They delivered it to our room within minutes and stayed to help us get our bearings for the city. The hotel is directly in the heart of e city an is very close to many dining and shopping spots. The problem us that... More
