Motel under new management as of March 2007. Rates are still low, close to all the hospitals, (VA, Primary Children's, Huntsman cancer, U of U hospital, Eye Institute). For a small motel and for the price, it can't be beat. The location is in a real nice area, on a busy road, but that is kind of nice access to everything. It is cheaper than just about any other hotel in the city and you are getting a much better location and view of the city. more
