I've stayed in this Hampton Inn at least 4 times. It's predictable - rooms are comfy, breakfast has lots of choices and the location is good for walking in the downtown area. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll be back...

I have been to SLC many times and this hotel is my favorite. The beds are super comfy. The staff is amazing and the location cant be beat.

Had a next door neighbor with two small children that did nothing but scream and cry till midnight. Yes, I did tell the front desk...but of course nothing was done. A couple had an 8 month old in the hot tub....big health violation. A father had a case of beer in the pool area drinking it while watching his children... More

I love this hotel, excellence in service and rooms. I will never stay anywhere else when I come to Salt Lake City.

Stayed for a convention and the location was very convenient. The rooms were clean - although they sprayed a little too much air freshners at times. Many restaurants and easy access to the park. recommend it for business purposes and for pleasure trips.

We recently traveled to Salt Lake for the Junior Olympics fencing tournament and stayed three nights at the Hampton Inn Downtown. Our king suite room was fabulous, clean and fresh and very spacious. Clean rooms, well appointed, although not luxurious. Walking distance to many local restaurants and convenient to the highway. Basic breakfast does the job, especially prior to going skiing. Free parking and wifi. If all you need is a room to sleep, this is more than adequate
