I stayed here during a conference. The bed and pillows was really comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean and the shower had great water pressure. The microwave in my room didn't work; however, I didn't bother asking for a new one because though I'm sure they would have provided one I didn't really need it and didn't want to... More

Hotel charged about doubled from what I paid a few months ago. They claimed it was due to "convention in town"; but doubling the rate was ridiculous. They are clean, comfortable, and have the best free breakfast buffet out there.

This is larger than some Hampton Inns we have stayed in but everything was very nice and clean and they have a great breakfast. Would stay here again. The pool and hot tub areas are very nice and an exercise area is available also. The only down side is the large homeless population near hotel.

We walked from here to Temple Square and mall. Convenient location but with many homeless and street people seeking handouts, we wondered whether this was the best part of town to be walking about. Close to restaurants and shopping. Need to drive to get up hill to University and museum area. Great room. Clean. Had to request refrigerator and microwave... More

This was a beautiful clean well-kept hotel with excellent service. We stayed two nights and had adjoining rooms which worked out great. The breakfast was excellent and they kept putting out food so nothing ran out which is appreciated when you have hungry teenage boys and men with you. I loved that you could get an apple for a snack... More

The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed with a generously sized bathroom. The beds were very comfortable - pillows, linens and duvet very inviting. The room was quiet; I slept very soundly all 3 nights of my stay. I had requested a complimentary refrigerator which was in my room upon arrival. And they were able to accommodate my request... More

My first thought was that this room was well designed. Everything was designed for ease and comfort. Modern, clean and spacious, we were at home. The bed was very comfortable. The linens were inviting. Breakfast was also a treat. I would gladly return.

On our recent stay we wished to add an additional night which they graciously did, keeping the rate at what we had booked online. Requesting an upgrade we were told it wasn't available but they would deliver a complimentary refrigerator to our room. It arrived in the room as we did! Location is great, downtown, with much within walking distance.... More

Staff was very friendly and constantly cleaning. It is very close to the freeway and only a few minutes from the airport. Unfortunately, this is not a property were I felt safe being outside at night. There is too little parking to accommodate hotel guests if the hotel is also hosting a function in their meeting room space. They had... More

This is a well run hotel with a cheerful group of employees. If you are in good shape you can walk to several restaurants in a few minutes and save on parking. The hotel has the typical amenities that you appreciate an Hampton Inn. I will stay here again when I'm in the area.
