The manager of this property Mr. Jimmy Ghotra was the worst-behaved hotel manager I have ever encountered in my life. He was extremely rude and hostile throughout my interaction with him, and plainly refused to even hear my requests/instructions. During 2 week trip to the Wyoming/Utah area, we stayed in 2 other Best Westerns and had wonderful experiences so we gave this location a chance.
