Be careful when you check out. Ask for a full and final receipt. I was charged $20 for a ?broken coffee maker on my card as a n incidental. Thank God I wasnt charged for a broken TV! more

The Airport Inn is a good value staging post at the beginning or end of your trip. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and there was a good continental breakfast. more

The manager of this property Mr. Jimmy Ghotra was the worst-behaved hotel manager I have ever encountered in my life. He was extremely rude and hostile throughout my interaction with him, and plainly refused to even hear my requests/instructions. I had two Best Western Travel Cards I needed to use towards this reservation, one of which was expiring soon. So... more

There is a gas statoin in front of it ... very useful. Not too bad ... but be sure to have a car. Very close to the airport. more

I am a loyal follower of TripAdvisor reviews. But somehow after a long drive it slipped my mind to consult. Arrived at the Best Western and even upon check-in we were treated rudely by the gentleman at the front desk. We should have taken this as our first "red flag". It was only after we got all of our stuff... more

Well we stayed on our way to Cancun. The first time it was ok. On the way home, we stayed here once again. BIG MISTAKE!! I pulled the blankets down for the night, and found blood and hair all over the bedding! I was so disgusted! I called the front desk and she wasn't even appologetic. Please don't make the... more

We wanted to stay at the La Quinta and unfortunately they were completely booked. During 2 week trip to the Wyoming/Utah area, we stayed in 2 other Best Westerns and had wonderful experiences so we gave this location a chance. It was extremely disappointing...A/C barely worked, The front desk was completely cluttered as was the lobby area...old air conditioning units... more

At first glance the hotel looked great. That was the only positive thing from the stay. We booked a room with one King Size and they tried to put us in a room with a queen. When we finally got the right room it was smoking hot inside and the air conditioner to several hours at full blast to get... more

Hotel is nice but staff is not very nice. Wanted to charge me $10.00 extra to check in a couple hours early then he just about ran over my shoes with the vaccume cleaner. Breakfast was minimal. When I asked for a newspaper I was told to buy one at the convienience store across the street. Had a computer in... more

O.k, let me start off by saying, that if it came to a choice between sleeping in my car and staying here, I'd choose the car. We tried to stay here on a recent trip to SLC. When we came up to the front desk and inquired about a non-smoking room the gentleman informed us that we didn't want to... more
