We've stayed at this particular property several times when we fly in and out of Salt Lake City airport. Each time it just seems to get better! Speedy, courteous check in, comfortable well appointed rooms that are super clean. Even arriving late, there was still hot fresh coffee available. Really substantial breakfast offerings, eggs, sausage, pastries, waffles, toast, cereal, yogurt,... More

stayed in this hotel with a large group. The rooms were nicely presented and kept beautifully clean. There was a good selection of dishes at breakfast. Everything from waffles or scrambled egg and sausages to cereal and yoghurt. The food was replenished quickly by cheerful staff

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered shuttle service. We were flying to Hawaii and wanted to park our car there while we in Hawaii. The hotel said it was newly renovated, but it looked like the only "new" thing was the carpet. The hotel staff when we checked in was not friendly. They... More

As noted by another reviewer this is next door to laundry with appliances that runs all night. Not mentioned by woman at... More

My buddy and I were flying in late to SLC airport and just needed a place to crash for a night. My goal was to find a place that was clean and affordable since we would literally be there for 12 hrs. I was basically looking for the equivalent of fast food lodging. I forgot that even amongst fast food... More

I checked in and the man at the front desk didn't understand what my service dog was. I asked if I could speak to the manager and they said they were out of the country. Then I tried to explain I have seizures and mentally disabled and the exact laws in the US and they still insisted that I pay... More

I stayed here on Christmas night. The room was okay. The next morning I came down for breakfast about 8 minutes after 9AM (when they were thru serving breakfast). But some of the hotel employees were having their breakfast. As the attendant was taking things down I popped a couple of pieces of toast in the toaster. Right there, was... More

Stayed several days on business. Clean, comfortable, service was good. But best of all, this hotel offers a really decent, tasty, HOT breakfast (compared to the cold sugar-laden cereals/rolls some places have).

Having stayed at a fair few Quality Inns I am normally happy with their consistent service and fit out - The location was a vast let down. Everything from check in with rude staff (in no uniform! - Manager I assume) who barely said two words , no greetings - simply credit card, ID and gave me room card. No... More

Not only do you have to provide a credit-card upon check in for incidentals, this hotel requires a $50 deposit that they tell you takes 3-4 WEEKS to be returned if you use a debit card. There is no room-service, phone calls are free, and free wi-fi, so it's unclear what kind of "incidentals" a guest could use. The manager,... More

Dear Guest, We apologize for the inconvenience you had during your stay. Our policies are fair and mentioned at all related websites. A guest needs to have a valid photo Id and credit card.
