We stayed at the Chase Suites in mid May. I booked the suite after reading numerous reviews both positve and negative. Chase took over a dated and worn out apartment complex with deferred maintenance, and they call the apartments "suites". The rooms are loud, dirty, and severely worn- think 1979 with a lot of miles. I definitely wouldn't recommend Chase Suites to family/friends. This hotel is not attractive or comfortable. more
