I usually stay at other places when I visit SLC but they were booked, so I gave this one a try. What you'd expect from a nice Hampton - clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good hot breakfast in the morning. Close to downtown, which made me a little nervous because I usually stay out in the suburbs where it's quieter.... more

I was traveling with my mother and we drove from Maryland. After such a long trip across the country this hotel was awesome. Very clean and a great complimentary breakfast. The lobby area was nice and the internet access was fast, such a treat after some of the places we stayed that advertised fast internet (but their connection was slow).... more

The Hampton Inn in Murray, Utah was so nice! Our room was very large with a pillow topped king sized bed with lots of pillows. Nice artwork, flat screen TV, quiet, bathroom has shower with a bar in it to hold onto. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains, a grove of trees and wild flowers beside the... more

Okay, so there IS no view. WHO cares??? I didn't spend my time in the Salt Lake valley looking out my hotel window. The room was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, nicely furnished and had a mini fridge and micro in the room. The hotel staff were friendly and willing to help. When we checked in there were HOT fresh baked chocolate... more

Rooms are ok. But, do NOT stay on the first floor with an odd-numbered room. Your view will consist of a fence and just beyond the fence is an ugly loading dock. Oh, and make sure you are a Hilton Honors guest so you can get a premium room....that is what they say at least. But hmmmmm, I am a... more

This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed in. I enjoyed it very much. It is as good as a 5 star hotel but a lot cheaper. The hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were very nice and our children enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was incredible. They had hot and cold food. The eating area... more

What can I say. Comfy bed, high speed wireless, and a very good breakfast. About the only drawback I could find was a lack of restaurants nearby. There was a Wendy's and Burger King a block away, otherwise plan to drive several blocks. Clean hotel, and friendly staff were highlights on a long week where I did NOT get to... more

The Hampton Inn is new, clean, and very nice. The rooms are large, very well appointed, and quiet. We arrived on a terribly hot day and were glad to discover the air conditioners work great in the rooms. I must say, the beds were probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in - even better than my own bed at... more

Stayed here early last April and was pleased oveall. Airport shuttle is a nice perk along with a free full breakfast each morning. Well kept indoor pool and jacuzzi and several decent restaurants nearby. Jogging path/trail along the Jordan river that's adjacent was great each AM. Staff could use some help with customer service training (arranging shuttle & local knowledge).... more
