We stayed at this hotel last week. We booked through Hotwire. This is by far the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in! It is so dirty and run down. The entrance door was closed due to construction on the sidewalk. We had to go to all the doors to find one we could get in. The women there... More

Checked in late, there was a mistake on the room type but easliy fixed. The Front Dest staff were awesome! We had a spcial request and it was taken care cheerfully. The room was as expected. Comfortable, TV had limited channels .. but wasn't there for TV : ) The Breaskfast was better than expected. Just need to be there... More

This property has so much potential...it's a shame how it is neglected. You know, soap and water are cheap! Clean the front portico area, the glass doors, etc. Everything is dirty. The carpet in our room was covered with stains and was lifting at the doorway. There were ants; once again that is a cleanliness issue. The staff was 'disinterested',... More

This was one of the best Motels on our trip. We booked it to see the sights of Salt Lake city and although it was 10 miles south of the center it was still ideal. We approached from the south so we saved a few miles. When we booked in we asked for a quiet room and was given one... More

I stayed at Pavilion and Hyatt Place Airport during a six day period. Both were adequate, no frills, but the Pavilion was a better value. The Pavilion was closer to skiing in the canyons; Hyatt Place closer to downtown. The Pavilion room was a standard two-queen bed hotel room. Clean, what you'd expect at a 2 or 3 star hotel.... More

I stayed here three nights, and was very pleased with the comfortable room and amenities. When traveling for work (alone) it's nice to be able to keep snacks and leftovers in my room (fridge and microwave) so I don't have to eat alone for every meal. I like the friendly, personable lobby and staff, and made use of the lobby... More

I stayed here for three nights. The walls and windows provide virtually no barrier to sound. You hear All the outside noise and all the inside noise in the rooms around you and hallway. Other than that, The bed was pretty comfortable, there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room which comes in handy for longer stays. There... More

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning and at the end of our Utah vacation. While not the youngest of the rest, it was very clean and comfortable. Rooms, that we had, were spacious, clean and quiet (3rd floor). There was a mini fridge,a microwave, coffee maker (not needed, as there is always tea, coffee and some cookies at... More

Checking was slow but the room and the breakfast was very good based upon the star rating of the hotel. You need a car if you are stopping at this hotel as it is a distance from shopping centres etc.you should try and get a top floor which would be quieter as well stay away from the lift.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel. good shuttle service to nearby Intermountain hospital. I recently stayed 11 days and found that the staff was very helpful. Rooms are nice size and kept clean. I would recommend this hotel. Good choices on the breakfast. Nothing fancy, just good service and pleasant employee's. I would stay here again if in Salt Lake City.... More
