I would definately recommend A Hidden Haven. We stayed there during a family vacation to Olympic National Park. It was about 15 minutes from the Park, but it had all the amenities we needed. Our cottage had a large master bedroom with large bath, a pull out sofa and eat-in kitchen. We discovered that restaurant selection in Port Angeles is... More

Tucked away in the woods, a few miles out of Port Angeles. We stayed in the Garden Suite, which overlooked the lake, which was very pretty, and well stocked with fish that you could feed. Deer were resident, particularly the reindeer, enjoyed your company. The suite was certainly private, spacious and comfortable, with an interesting octagonal sitting room. Fresh fruit... More

It was difficult to commit 5 days to a place we had never stayed, but we wanted to experience the whole Olympic area without having to move. The location was perfect and the grounds are even more beautiful and peaceful than they apear on the web. Chris and Jody were wonderful hosts who were very knowledgable about the area. There... More

We loved walking in the woods around this property, which the owners have maintained very well. The animals they keep were lovely, and we enjoyed interacting with them. Our only issue was about the decor in our room. I'll preface this part by saying that we may not be the target demographic for this B&B (we are a pair of... More

We found this place via a google search because we were struggling to get family friendly accommodation on the north coast of the Olympic Pensinsula. What a great find. Lovely for a quiet get away but also lots of fun for the kids - a beautiful pond where we fed the trout, a paddock with friendly deer and loads of... More

Each of the cabins is nestled into the surrounding 20 acres. The kids loved the location as it afforded numerous opportunities for safely exploring in the nearby forest. There were fish, deer, reindeer, and lots of other things for the kids (and adults to see). Word has it that there is even a bear living nearby. For the parents, the... More

We stayed two nights in July, and could not have been happier. Chris and Jodi are excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, bright, and had a steam shower which was perfect after a day of hiking on Hurricane Ridge. My wife is an animal lover, and was overjoyed feeding the deer and any other piece of wildlife... More

They should rename it "hidden heaven." We came there to spend a couple of days and it just so happened the first day was my birthday. Chris and Jody heard about this so they added chocolates and sparkeling cider to all the rest of the wonderful supplies we found waiting for us in the cabin. If I wanted to, I... More

We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and friendly hosts on our one-night stay as we explored the penninsula. Thanks for the advice on what to see and do. The Marymere falls hike at Cresent Lake was wonderful. More

If you are looking for a convenient, yet secluded place from which to explore Victoria and the northern part of the Olympic Peninsula, Hidden Haven is well-worth considering! The charming, practically brand new NW style cabin we stayed in is welcoming and well-furnished. The 'no shoes in house policy' encourages all to keep it as clean and immaculate as when... More
