The room itself was comfortable if dated and not real crisp. We were in room 225, which has a balcony and a glorious view of the port. The room was a bit over-priced for the quality but very close to what the Quality Inn next door was getting. The staff was friendly. more

The room (224) was clean and we had an excellent view. The decor in the room is dated and the bed was comfortable. The elevator smelled bad and the stairways were dark. This is a terrific inn! Very clean, nicely decorated, good sized room and bathroom. Very nice people run it, they also have homemade cookies in the lobby and a good continental breakfast that you can eat and still catch the early ferry to Victoria. I stayed here in November, 2004. It is a nice, but dated, small hotel. The room was comfortable. My room didn't have a view, but it worked well for a business traveler. A very good value. more
