Looked for an affordable hotel/motel in Port Angeles, but most properties were well over $100. Only needed one night and chose the Aircrest Motel. Rooms are clean, and include micro/refrig. This is a really basic, no frills operation, but it’s inexpensive and comfortable. The facility is older and worn. Nice, small TV and fast Net. Might seem “scary” because outside maintenance is spotty, but the neighborhood is ok. It’s next door to a day-care center. There’s a good breakfast/lunch restaurant right across the street.... more
