The bath tub and grout were grey with soil and made me feel uncomfortable to bathe. Complaining is no solution, on a previous stay at a different Red Lion location it took two cleanings to begin to look like something I would expect for their best room. What I really needed was a chance to rest instead of acting as... More

We checked in this hotel late on Monday 08/11/2014. When we went into our room (#281) there was a bad musty odor in there; I was not happy at all. I called down to the front office, informed the person about it, she apologized and looked to see if there was another room for us to switch. Unfortunately, she said... More

This place is way overpriced, yes you don't have many options in Port Angeles, but this was just an average hotel, very old outdated decor, bedding, ect. They didn't even have an elevator for us to carry all our luggage up to 2nd floor. It is a great place for a 1 night stay if you are not worried about... More

so this isn't your typical red lion as it has amazing views of the water front and Vancouver Island on a good day (cost of the room probably depends on the type and location). The hotel room was large enough, we had a patio by the board walk, we could walk to any where we wanted. The exercise facility had... More

I thought that Red Lion was going to be a beautiful clean room.... It was horrible, the bathroom tile was moldy, the smell was musty.... Who ever owns this hotel needs to put money back into there investment. I won't stay at a Red Lion hotel again... The hotel staff was very polite and professional.

I was told on Red lions website and at the hotel there were no rooms . I booked a room for $277 on Orbitz - Not to happy because I am a member of Red lion's Club. Way to expensive for the room we recieved , The hotel is old and dated.

This is you average hotel room with a great view and location. The room was clean except for the windows and a faint smell of smoke. The font desk was short staffed, only one person on duty during peak check in time. It's on the walking trail, on the water, and a short walk to restaurants.

This town didn't have much to offer for hotels so the Red Lion doesn't have to work too hard to be the best in town. The staff is great and the hotel is trying but it's old and needs a desperate remodel. Our room reeked of cigarettes despite it being a non smoking hotel. They really need to rip out... More

We needed a pet friendly room and they had one on offer. It was a decent, if not slightly worn room, with no major flaws other than the fact that it may have been a smokers room as well. It is right on the straights, next to the Blackball Ferry. There is a nice walkway between the hotel and the... More

The room type booked was not honored. Our service was unacceptable. The staff was rude and unfriendly. Was told the room was under matience and that we were getting an upgraded room instead. We booked a suite and received a queen bed room instead. Our upgrade was far from an upgrade. We had two adult couples who had to stay... More
