Red Lion was the best part of our 10 day trip. We traveled with our daughter and son in law, and stayed here July 11-13. We were a little concerned about the size for four adults, but the room was plenty large. We paid a little more for the seaside room and it was great. We had a little balcony... More

The Red Lion is a block from the Coho ferry terminal. I've wondered what the rooms are like from the times spent in Port Angeles. We went to Far West Beer Fest (July 2014) and reserved a premium ocean view room. The room was spacious and very clean. The decor may be a bit dated, but I think it works.... More

We stayed at this Red Lion July 17, 2014. The room smelled stale and unfresh. The hallway smelled better than the room. The room has updated bedding but was in need of a carpet update. We paid for the balcony room, which had a nice view but the patio has not be cleaned in awhile and there were ice cream... More

Hot tub does not work (Jets not working and nothing letting guests know). Horrible service from the restraint (after waiting 20+ minutes for our drinks to arrive we went else where0 The little Thai Bistro across the way helped salvage the evening with Great Food and Excellent service.

Location is excellent, the rooms are not updated, in fact the carpet smelled so bad they had to move us the next day. I am told pets are allowed in the rooms. Carpets in the smaller building really need replacing. On the second day they gave us room on the waterfront side. This was clean but still could use some... More

My sister and I stayed at the Red Lion for two nights this last weekend. We had a nice two queen bed room on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the water. The room was clean and spacious. There was a fridge and microwave. The bathroom also had two sinks which was nice for the two of us. Our... More

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff were wonderful and welcoming and the beds were the best, most comfortable beds we've ever had in a reasonably priced hotel. We didn't get a room with an ocean view, but if you do get one, the views are fabulous. I would definitely stay here again.

A very convenient location for an Olympic Peninsula trip. Near a wonderful seafood restaurant and a good coffee shop. It was a quick stay so can't do a comprehensive review but was amazed by the wonderful view. We stayed on the street side but just walked around the corner to enjoy the path along the waterfront. Very quiet. Lots of... More

Restful stop after ferry from Vic. Good value, friendly staff. Great location. We were traveling with our dog, staff was awesome, and the walking path along the water was great. The room service for breakfast was also great. We skipped the buffet because we had the dog :-)

The ocean view room is worth extra $. It is large and comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were very clean. Would stay again anytime! Breakfast was excellent. We could order from the menu or buffet.
