Service was prompt, professional, kind, friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed comfortable. You could tell the hotel was old, but it had been updated nicely. Small microwave and refrigerator. Nice flat screen LG TV. Desk, chair, easy chair. Lamps all had energy saving bulbs. Breakfast was typical - cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, danish, fruit, juice, coffee, and sausage, fake eggs and... more

Prices should be lower for this type of Inn. The place is nice and clean but old and if I'm going to pay more than $80. for one night, I will look for a newer hotel and I know I can find one. Too bad, we liked this place, but don't want to overpay for it. more

I traveled to Macon on buisness and am a HHonors member. I am female and normally travel alone, and was very surprised to find out that this Hampton Inn is a Motel with access to the outside. I saw no where on the website, and could not tell by any pictures that this was so, or I would have Never... more

I spent three nights at this Hampton Inn. It is an older property, but it has been refurbished. My vey clean room had a mini bar and a separate tub and shower in the granite bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This seems to be a "mom and pop" franchise. There are several... more

Only stayed 1 night but the room was neat clean and vanity OUTSIDE the bathroom which was great. Had a micro and small refrig, iron, hairdryer, and elegant BEDDING. Easy to get to and restaurant within 1 mile. more

This is a well kept older Hampton Inn. The rooms are in perfect shape and they have the new Hampton beds! The front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant. I had the same housekeeper for my 3 days and she always did a nice job. I did have a small issue on Saturday morning when I came down for breakfast... more

We have stayed in the Hampton Inn in Macon (Eisenhower Pky) many, many times over the years as we frequently stay on our way to Florida. As an HHonors member and needing a place to stay in Macon, GA my wife and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Macon West I-475. This hotel should not be in the Hilton family of hotels.
