Ramada is usually an alright hotel. This one in Macon was a motel where the doors are on the outside of the building and the rooms are old stained and just ugly. I somehow got stuck in a handicapped room. Not so great..... The bathroom tiles were dingy and sticky. The bed was pretty cozy, but I just can't believe... more

We stayed here for one night on our way to Orlando. The hotel was clean and organized. Check-in was a tad slow only having one person checking people in. No big wait though. Stayed here after being disappointed with the Quality Inn & Suites. There were some problems with checking in, but that can happen. The lobby area is inviting. The pool area is fresh and appears recently redone with newer furniture and nicely kept lawn. It's really quite attractive for a Holiday Inn courtyard. I stayed at the Holiday Inn off of 475 exit 3 in Macon. Terrible is being kind. There were stains on the carpet, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows smelled like someone's aftershave (and not a good brand.) We stayed one night on our way back from Florida. The room was clean and recently renovated/updated and the beds were comfortable. There was a microwave and fridge in the room. We stayed at this hotel on the way down to Florida and found it to be a very nice place. The hotel is right off of the highway, but sits far enough away that we didn't have any problems with noise. Stopped off for one night on way to Florida. Room was recently renovated, quiet, clean and all staff encountered were very friendly. Location is great for easy on-off of I75 and many eating shopping establishments are nearby. Rate was reasonable. more
