I stopped at the Comfort Inn on the way back from Savannah and was really sick when I arrived. The staff there was so wonderful - I half expected to be kicked out when I started vomiting in their lobby restroom. Instead, they brought cups of ice. I am so happy we went there. We stayed at this hotel for one night. Catagory wise it is a solid 2 star hotel. For economy hotels I'd give it a 4 star. It is directly off I16 and is close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Our room was adjacent to the housekeeping storage area. Apparently there was a hot water heater gone bad that was banging all night long that kept us from sleeping. Based on reviews, I stayed here on my trip south. This is an above average Comfort Inn with free Internet and very reasonable. Would stay here again. Not too far from Sconyers for very good BBQ. more

I stay at the Comfort Inn West frequently on business. It has always been consistently clean and well kept. The staff has been extremely accomodating. Much nicer than other Comfort Inn's I have stayed in. more
We stayed here both down and back from our Florida trip. It is a smaller motel and what we really liked was that it was away from the highway noise.
