Odor of room indescrible, telephone filthy, controllers (dials, knobs) on A/C unit missing, and had to clean micro-fridge prior to use (some sort of sludge in bottom). Too tired to complain at the time, but when checking out I reported at least the A/C. Young lady behind counter gave the classic "doe in the headlights" look. more

Room was dingy and dirty. Toilet was stopped up and morning male clerk was surly. He reluctently let us use his bathroom which was filthy. Check in female clerk was friendly. Continental breakfast was the poorest ever. Baymont should be ashamed. They won't get me again. more
