We booked our stay through a travel agency for a nicely discounted price and ended up in this hotel. - Room is big by French/Japanese standard - Simple and good furniture... nothing fancy. Similarly, the hotel itself does not have much charm, it is simply functional. - Room is clean. Note that the bath tub was a bit rusty. -... More

I am a business traveler who stayed in the Hilton when I was being paid but stay here on my own nickel. They have good a/c and free wifi. The coffee shop next door is great. I arrived at 3am and was let into my room for a $20 extra fee--cheap because it let me get some sleep instead of... More

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for many years. The decor was poor. The hallway looked creepy and very un welcoming that made me feel I was at a railway station. It seemed like it hasn't been updated since it opened. Then got into my room, it was very dim. A dirty carpet and, rusted... More

There is an excellent and reasonably priced Japanese restaurant in the hotel that provides... More

This 1-2 stars hotel caters to low budget guests with most on them staying on a weekly or monthly basis. Rooms are basic with TV, rusted fridge, A/C and a free slow WiFi internet access. Cleanliness is an issue as well as the bad smell in hallways and rooms. Also expect to share your room with tons of ants. Rate... More

I’ve stayed at Victoria Hotel more than once, both when it was under the former management, as well as in 2010 and 2011, after the current owner and manager took over. The new manager is Japanese, and you notice this immediately in the high quality and responsibility with which everything is handled at the hotel. First of all, you cannot... More

This hotel is a local hotel on Saipan. Most tourists stay at the fancier resorts, but if you are looking for a budget place to stay, this one is in a good location. It is near American Memorial park and a couple blocks walk from Micro Beach, which is the main tourist beach where the Hyatt is located (it is... More
