My stay at the Dannemora Motor Inn was terrible, the owner seriously lacks professional behaviour with customers. The look on her face says that I need therapy. My son wetted the bed in her motel and we spilled a little bit of milk on one of her carpets and she charged me $ 363 NZ dollars for the mattress and... more

The owner here is a very unpleasant person, and does nothing at all for customer services. she is very rude to guests, and I shall never stay there again !!! There are other motels in the area, any of them would be better than this one. more
