This resort seemed like it USED to be a great place to visit, now it's run down and ugly. Let me briefly tell you about my stay, I'm here on business, staying for approximately 30 day at $200 a night. I've been here for almost a 2 weeks now and already I'm ready to leave. Here's why, the golf course... More

1. Location: 30 min distance from Guam airport 2. Shuttle bus: round trip bus between airport and hotel -> $30/person somewhat expensive Shuttle bus between leopalace and westin hotel -> free. Very useful to shopping or dining at Tumon area 3. Room: I accommodated at Condo B. Somewhat oldish style. But very spacious with 2 single bed. One bed was... More

It's really value for the money spend. Decent American and Japanese buffet breakfast. Fast efficient hotel to mall and back during rainy days. Unstable wifi signal except lobby level.

When we originally arrived at Leos Palace on 29/8/14, our first impression was not great , with the staff trying to force us to pay a further $160 because we arrived at 6am & they were insisting that we could not check in until 2 pm regardless of how long we had been travelling & how exhausted we all were.... My family and I visited Guam and stayed Leo Palace Resort for 8 days. The room we stayed was condominium. So, the room is much huge than regular hotel room. It has full kitchen, big refrigerator and shower room with big bath tub. You can use laundry for free. That was very useful. The Leo palace Resort is 40 minutes... More

I stayed here for my PCS to Guam after many recommendations from friends in the states. I guess at one point this hotel may have been great. The room and elevators have a moldy smell, the walls are marked up (mine at least had a smiley face marked into it), everything...I mean everything needs a good pressure wash. I had... More

We attended a wedding and the service was pretty much non-existent. We had to look for the staff if we needed assistance. They did not refill our drinks or clean our tables. We stayed overnight also and the room had moldy smell and disgusting stains all over the window curtains. The toilet broke and kept running water throughout the night.... More

The resort location is grab as it is in the middle of Guam but since it is such a large property, you need to have a car as it is far from restaurants and shopping. The property grounds are beautiful and quite an amazing sports complex and lovely chapel. The stores are reasonable and the hotel staff very friendly. The... More

I liked everything, except for one thing. Why not Russian-speaking staff? Lack of Russian-speaking staff causes some inconvenience. And be sure to come with friends more than once. Take Russian-speaking staff.

TO:MS Svetlana F Thank you for staying lately. I am sorry that there is no staff who can speak Russian. I will consider it as a future subject. I am looking forward to next coming. More

My company has a time share with leo palace so the cost was a fraction of the usual room cost. The hotel was probably part of a bubble era build and has that of feeling if that makes sense, it is quite a distance from the beaches but there is a shuttle bus to the Westin resort which takes about...
