Leo Palace is a testament to the Japanese bubble economy over spending and indulgence of the 80's. It is a living dinosaur, in both size and age, complete with all the things that a dinosaur needs to survive, especially insects and overgrown jungle surrounding the resort, with the staff unable to maintain the premises. All you need to do is... More

Our family of 6 decided to stay here for a mini staycation that turned out to be a complete waste of money. The room was not ready on time, once we did get into the room we were greeted by some of the largest roaches I've seen, the air conditioning did not work keeping our 3 bedroom condo at a... More

If you prefer accommodations that is not on the beach and quiet, LeoPalace Resort is for you. This is a sprawling hotel and condominium property that is located in the mountains of Guam. It comes with a palace like Hotel Belvedere (where we stayed), swimming pools, lake, sports facilities (bowling, darts, table tennis, lawn tennis, lap pools, track and field,... More

Breakfast was okay. I had pasta for a dinner, it was not even cooked and too salty.. Service was almost not existed as well. I asked about buses to a lady at front desk and she just pounted at the concierge where no one was around. The room smells moldy. Definately not going back to Leo.

I stayed at the Leo Palace for work this past February. My room was very large, suitable for a family of four. It included a microwave, small fridge, and separate shower and water closet. The ground are nice, with some wear and tear - noticeably on the track. Dining options are limited, but there are reasonable options of fair quality.... More

This resort seemed like it USED to be a great place to visit, now it's run down and ugly. Let me briefly tell you about my stay, I'm here on business, staying for approximately 30 day at $200 a night. I've been here for almost a 2 weeks now and already I'm ready to leave. Here's why, the golf course... More

1. Location: 30 min distance from Guam airport 2. Shuttle bus: round trip bus between airport and hotel -> $30/person somewhat expensive Shuttle bus between leopalace and westin hotel -> free. Very useful to shopping or dining at Tumon area 3. Room: I accommodated at Condo B. Somewhat oldish style. But very spacious with 2 single bed. One bed was... More

It's really value for the money spend. Decent American and Japanese buffet breakfast. Fast efficient hotel to mall and back during rainy days. Unstable wifi signal except lobby level.

When we originally arrived at Leos Palace on 29/8/14, our first impression was not great , with the staff trying to force us to pay a further $160 because we arrived at 6am & they were insisting that we could not check in until 2 pm regardless of how long we had been travelling & how exhausted we all were.... My family and I visited Guam and stayed Leo Palace Resort for 8 days. The room we stayed was condominium. So, the room is much huge than regular hotel room. It has full kitchen, big refrigerator and shower room with big bath tub. You can use laundry for free. That was very useful. The Leo palace Resort is 40 minutes... More
