This is something unique for us as city slickers. Wild camping but not lack of the usual daily necessities, such as toilet, nice hot shower and the unexpectedly good food. You may expect some little creatures come visit you in dark. Also be prepared but not always, to have surprise visitors (5' tall Kangaroos) staring at you in front of... More

Loved everything about this place! I had high expectations, due to the price, and I was not disappointed! We booked 2 nights to simply relax after a stressful month and we certainly did! The staff are brilliant and no attention to detail had been forgotten! We saw lots of birds and huge Eastern Grey Kangaroos on a walk which is... More

We have just returned from a two night stay at this unique location. Set up many years ago by Irena and Jeremy Hutchings and now managed by their son Ben it's a great "get away from it all" location. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive and the food is really excellent. Breakfast sets you up for the day and... More

A unique place with tents established on platforms above the ground. Reminds us of the safari tents we once stayed in in Botswana. Primitive but at the same time exclusive with an outdoor tub and shower. Next to a river where canoes are available for free. Bikes also available. Next to the tents there is an exclusive tree restaurant that... More

We stayed here over the Xmas holidays and absolutely loved it !!!!! The weather was overcast and stormy however it did not dampen our stay. Yes we had to walk in the rain to get to the restaurant however - we are not precious and this just adds to the 'glamping' experience - as it still is camping to a... More

I must admit that I was somewhat skeptical of this place after reading some of the reviews on here, but my experience was very pleasant. Upon arrival we were taken to our tent, given maps, advice and a run-down on how everything works. Canoes and bikes are displayed freely around the camp to be used at your own convenience. Bathrooms... More

Great experience overall. Loved the outdoor shower and the amazing products. The fragrances were amazing. This was almost perfect if not for the sounds coming from the tent next door...... Breakfast was heavenly and peaceful at the restaurant. The check out experience wasnt great. The lady went on and on about the price and cost....very awkward. They were told it... More

Arrived to a very friendly and professional welcome which set the tone for the rest of our stay. Tent was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed apart from power for our phones/tablets (which is available at the main lodge). Mosquitoes were a pain, but they provide insect repellent and mosquito coils and they didn't bother us once we'd... More

Great value stay if you can score a weekend package which includes dinner at fabulous restaurant, kayaks, bikes and everything you need. Nestled into a bush setting minutes from Huskisson, this is a perfect getaway. Tents were beautifully appointed and somehow remained insect free. Comfortable beds, decor, lighting and ambience. Definitely grab a canoe and explore the river; borrow a... More
