From the moment you arrive, you feel like a guest, Martin and Luisa certainly make you feel at home, going beyond their call of duty I had credit card difficulties and Martin went to no end to help me get around the problem He booked flights for me, and they even thought out planing your available time, how to spend... Our stay here was just brilliant. The rooms are comfortable, everything works and the bathrooms are the best (for Bolivia) Martin and Louise could not do enough for us. This is really a must stay hotel in Bolivia

Antiplano was well above my expectations- a boutique hotel with a great location. Tarija has a lot of potential, and Antiplano Hotel is great gateway to explore the surroundings. The hotel is very helpful with tips and insights to the town. Rooms are nicely decorated and also exceed the expectations.

We stayed for three nights, arrived unannounced at 04 am due to lack of Internet connection – but were still politely and generously greeted. We were lucky and had been upgraded to their suite which was very nice - the bathroom in particular. Coming from rather depressive hotels in Potosi and Uyuni, it was like a new world. Martin and... It's an attractive place that is very clean. It's evident that every detail of the traveler's experience has been given careful consideration. The fixtures, finishes, furniture, and bedding are all top rate. The design element of this place include hand-woven traditional native fabrics. The hosts, Martin and Luisa, are incredibly thoughtful, pleasant, and helpful. It's the place to stay when... More

From our reception at the hotel until we (sadly) had to leave, the service was amazing. We were extremely comfortable and lacked for nothing at all. In fact the comfort level for a hotel in Bolivia was well above the standard. The hosts provided help daily with tours and suggestions, even advising how much we should expect to pay for... More

On our trip thru South America we stayed at this hotel for our first nights in Bolivia. Arriving totally exhausted after an uncomfortable bus-ride from Argentina, we were met at the bus station by the owner of the hotel at 6 am in the morning! On arriving at the hotel, we were shown into a palatial room with an enormous... More

I stayed at the Altiplano Hotel Boutique for ten days during February and could not have been happier with my choice. Martin and Luisa, owners and hosts, provided a comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated environment. They were helpful in terms of where to eat and shop and how to utilize local public transportation. Breakfast was a treat with great local... More
