My wife and I spent 5 nights here and we have never been happier. Not only did we receive a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view room on a quieter part of the resort (I have Platinum status with Marriott), we were delighted with the overall value with respect to dining. Food portion sizes were quite large and the prices... More

My husband and I stayed here in late May for an early anniversary trip, and that was acknowledged at check-in. The hotel is quite spread out, which is a refreshing change from highrises dotting the beach. I am a Marriott Rewards Platinum Premier member and we were upgraded to an ocean view room on the far end of the hotel.... More

I spent 5 nights at the hotel in late July and was very impressed with the overall stay. I found the service to be excellent and the staff friendly. When booking I noted that we would be celebrating my wife's birthday and the completion of a graduate degree. At check-in, the clerk recognized both and that was a nice touch.... More

My husband and I came here for our wedding anniversary/delayed honeymoon. We stayed from August 8th-August 13th. He is a Platinum Elite member and I booked through an external website. We were worried that we wouldn't reap the benefits of being an Elite member, but the front desk upon arrival was extremely helpful in getting us set up with it.... More

This hotel was nice and right on the ocean but I wish I would have splurged and stayed at the Grand Wailea next door. The Grand Wailea has the nicest pools and you can't pay to use them. The Marriott didnt have good pools and the pictures on the Internet are trick photography. The Marriott was on the oceanbut you... More

Good: The views of the beach and sunset are just plain 'ol gorgeous here! I think the plants/flowers around the facility are nicely manicured. The receptionist was very nice who checked us into our room. If you reserve a lounge chair or Cabana in the adult pool area with the Infinity pool-DEFINITELY have Terry wait on you. She is the... Just checked out. Beautiful weather. Beautiful property. Beautiful Suite, Grounds, Views, etc. The hotel like Wailea is beautiful- but almost non-existent for night life. Singles, couples anyone will be hard pressed for live music or a bar with a few people passed 9-10 at night . As two guys in our 20's we would not return unless with a significant... More

This property is in a prime location on the beautiful Wailea Beach. However the existing property is basically a tear down. The only thing worth keeping on the grounds is the infinity pool which look like it was recently built. All the rooms are scattered around the grounds in apartment like complexes. I had just come from a beautiful Hyatt... More

Relaxing hotel in a beautiful location. Very friendly service. Fabulous views. Beautiful grounds, and 3 great pools. Infinity pool is pretty, and kids loved the water slides.. Beds were very comfortable. We were accommodated in a fabulous ocean view suite. It was amazing. Def worth springing for an ocean view. A hammock right outside our unit, made for very relaxing... The customer service at this hotel is the best I've ever received. Without exception, everyone was friendly, always had a smile and a ready aloha in greeting and went out of their way to ensure that your every need, wish or want was met! The beach however was a different matter. I would not call this a 'beachfront' hotel. In... More
