My family took a "staycation" and booked one night at this hotel. There is a great kid's pool that has slides and a play structure which my children enjoyed. There is also a pool set aside just for adults. We ate at Migrant Restaurant, and enjoyed the flavors of the family style servings. We had a room fronting the ocean... More

A friend and I stayed from April 12-19, and we were greeted with a surly parking attendant but after that it got better Yes the rooms could be updated, yes, there should be free wifi all over the resort not a daily room charge for it... My biggest complaint would be the daily 30.00 resort fee. What are they thinking?... More

My husband and I stayed for a week, and could have stayed another week easily. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean, and since we were there during whale season, it was a favorite pastime to see them from our balcony. We also loved the members happy hour, where our bartender made it a point to remember our... More

Sure, this place is cheaper than the other Wailea properties. There is a reason! It's worn and dated. The carpet in the hallways should have been replaced 5 years ago. The decor is Ft. Lauderdale circa 1995, the employees are surly and there aren't nearly enough loungers by the pool. And, they hit one of my BIG pet peeves -... More

We enjoyed our stay and spent all our time at the "Serenity Adult Pool." Anita and Terri took excellent care of us and we particularly enjoyed the welcome maitai drink cards in our welcome package. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite and it was room 800. We wondered if it would be o.k. As it is near the elevators... More

Our first visit to this resort and we were not disappointed. We were provided a beautiful ocean front room approx. 300 ft. from the shore. The room was spacious, however the bathroom small. We sat on our balcony each night and watched amazing sunsets over the island of Lanai. The service staff was outstanding and went out of there way... More

Beautiful hotel. Great location. No Sandy beach directly in front of the hotel but walk 5 min right or left and beach is right there. There is rocky beach directly in front of the hotel which is awesome because that's were the turtles hang out. Went snorkeling right there and saw 4 turtles. Tons of coral at this beach. No... More

We love Maui and haven't been for nearly ten years as a family. The people at this hotel bent over backwards to make our stay as perfect as a stay in Maui deserves. We did yoga, stand up paddle boarding, went snorkeling, and whale watching. The beach was incredible- two great beaches on both sides of the hotel and we... More

Don't expect an early check in we waited from 11am til 4pm. Not sure why! Anyway they give you access to change rooms and resort facilities. The pools are great and look much nicer/ more private than the neighbour resort of the grand wailea. The pool bar serves great food esp the fish tacos. The main restaurant not fabulous and... More

We stayed at this property for seven nights in early April 2014 thanks to Marriott points. Other than walking by nearby properties, I don't know anything about the competition as we knew we had to stay with Marriott. We enjoyed the Wailea area as it was our honeymoon and we were happy to spend $$$ on food and drinks. A... More
