like most readers here on tripadvisor, i did my homework for our first trip to hawaii. after consulting various friends, family, coworkers - Maui was the place to go. When it came to picking the hotel, I searched the internet and read as many reviews as possible. FOUR SEASONS was the hotel we chose. We stayed at the Ritz-Carton, Cancun... more

I stayed here for 6 nights at the end of June/beginning of July with my parents, my husband and 2 children (ages 6 &3) to celebrate my parents' 45th anniversary. We were pampered throughout our stay! We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the valet staff with fresh flower leis for the girls and shell/nut leis for... more

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons from 7/5 - 7/10 because we had such a positive experience during our first stay in 2004. This stay however was quite different. While we were thrilled to be upgraded to an oceanfront prime one bedroom suite (we had booked an oceanview), the excitement wore off quickly. I noticed tiny fast... more

Like many other people my wife and I spent the 2nd half of our honeymoon in Maui, and also like many other people we decided to stay at the Four Seasons based on the overwhelming number of glowing reviews found on trip advisor. I found that the reviews found on trip advisor of the Four Seasons were pretty accurate, but... more

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it was amazing! Yes, there were some children around but based on the caliber of people who stay at the Four Seasons, their children were not disruptive. If this hotel is #2 in Wailea, I can't imagine what #1 is....if it's the hotel next door, that place is kid central!... more

Be careful! Once you stay here, you will never want to stay anywhere else again. The staff is amazing; they think of everything here. It was not too crowded at all (although I did go to HI in the summer in the middle of a recession). We got a beach-side cabana when we came down to the beach each day,... more

This was our first trip to HI. We chose Maui and 4 seasons based on reviews on trip advisor. We booked a regular room and were upgraded to an ocean view room. What I liked about the resort was the grounds and beach were beautiful, complimentary outrigger boating, room and bathroom were well equipped, and the rec room/spa/gym was very... more

My wife and I were married here in June. It was perfect...and as the title of the review states...it's the best...period. At least the best I've ever had anyway. I could write a book on the services alone. Suffice it to say, you'll want for nothing. The staff is top notch and you always feel taken care of here. Amenities... more

My wife and I spent the second half of our honeymoon at the Four Seasons Maui. This is another beautiful Four Seasons property! We were greeted by one of the managers that escorted us to our room. We stayed in an Ocean View Prime – One Bedroom Suite. This was a very nice room offering a very large living area,... more

I stayed at the Four Seasons Maui after five nights at the sister property on the Big Island. No one doubts that this is an amazing hotel, impeccable service, unbelievably well maintained and in a great spot on the beach. We were on our honeymoon and were upgraded to a one bedroom ocean front suite. Our views were breathtaking. We... more
