This place has everything wrap-up. It is strategically located for a shoreline view, snorkel and mostly Golf and diving if you dive. its a wonderful experience from sunrise to sunset. watch the sunset while preparing dinner from the lanai is just simply relaxing. Service is great, cant ask for more, form the front desk to the shuttle bus to the... More

We enjoyed being near but not in the Grand Wailea resort. During our early April stay, we watched whales from, viewed gorgeous sunsets from, and grilled dinners on the lanai of our luxuriously appointed villa. We did make the 15 minute walk to the beach and to the pool at the Grand Wailea (our villa came with access), but our... More

Many breathtakingly beautiful places in the world, but it's the people encountered who make them most memorable. Will never forget the thoughtfulness and kindness of Jerome, a van driver at Ho'Olei, who went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay special! He was professional, informative, friendly, and accommodating. A true credit to the resort. Thank you... More

We only got to stay here because of a mistake on Hilton's part, but the property is fantastic. The pool and hot tubs are nice and quiet, the maintenance and service are top notch, and everything is incredibly luxurious. If you can afford the steep price tag (our condo is $1300/night, and it's the cheapest they have -- although we... More

Our travel agent booked us into the Hooleia at the Grand Wailea as the last leg (5 days) of a two week trip to Hawaii. The appointments and finish of the villa are very nice and great for a family or larger group traveling together (stairs and tile floors are not great for toddlers and babies) but you are way... I love hotels, but sometimes it's nice to have more living space on vacation. My wife and I along with two other couples stayed here and it could not have been better. We stocked up at Costco and ate like kings at a paupers price. During the day we enjoyed the pool at The Grand Wailea and then came back... More

We were torn about the access to water slides and youth activities for our kids. Well guess what the ho'olei right across the street has both serenity and access to the madness of the water slides. But be careful some of these rentals do not have free access to the grand wailea so ask! On the days we wanted peace... More

Booked through LivingSocial and used for a long weekend away with the girls. To say we were blown away with our unit would be an understatement. It was finely appointed with plush furnishings and nice linens. The pool and hot tub were lovely, as was the sauna and locker room. Last but not least, the staff were kind and accommodating.

What can I say that hasn't been said. This complex is incredible! There was nothing we found lacking in our 9 day stay. We traveled with our four children ages 19 to 21 over New Years. It was spacious, modern, comfortable, clean and a great location above the pool. Our unit was 81-5 rented from VRBO. We had top of the... More
