We stayed at the Hotel Wailea for our honeymoon and had an excellent experience. We loved the fact the rooms were spacious and each had a balcony or little garden- it was a refreshing difference from all the large hotels.

Stayed here for 6 nights in June. The room was amazing with a huge bathroom and fully functioning kitchen. It was lovely to sit out on the lanai with a glass of wine! Nice Molten Brown toiletries and comfy bathrobes. Attention had been paid to detail, however, we didn't get much sleep the first night because we were listening to... More

Stayed here the week of the 4th of July. I'll start by saying no its not beachfront, but that's no big deal its right up the hill. The service is very good and yes the people are very friendly as you have heard many times over. The room renovations are very nice. We got the panoramic view and it was... More

Hotel Wailea is a breathtakingly beautiful hotel! The grounds are amazing, the renovated rooms are spectacular (I took many ideas for my future vacation home), and the service is excellent. It is not on the beach but perched up on the hill giving amazing views. There is beach access with a jeep that takes you there. It's a nice quiet... More

I should preface this by saying my stay here was 2 years ago; however it was such an overall fantastic experience that I feel I should save my review for posterity. When we were looking for a hotel for our anniversary trip, I originally felt I wanted one of the big Wailea resorts on the beach. However, those prices were... More

This hotel had a very comfortable and luxurious suite- the bathroom was spectacular! Kitchen amenities were sparse- a cooktop was provided, but no pots and pans! The gardens are beautiful, with waterfalls and a stream running through the grounds, plus avocado and other tropical fruit trees. The hotel is located about a ten minute walk from the beaches, but has... More

This hotel is a small, boutique hotel. If you're looking for a hotel with a lot of hustle and bustle then this is not the place for you. Hotel Wailea is a beautiful and relaxed hotel, which is perfect for a romantic getaway in five star accommodations. They are in the process of renovating their pool, as well as the... More

We stayed here on our wedding night. Its a 5 star hotel and you get what you expect .....and MORE! The staff is attentive but relaxed. Big clean and luxury rooms and beatiful surroundings. The resort is a 2 minuit drive from the beach but there is a excellent shuttle service. During the renovation you can use the farimonts pools. Sure... More

We are just leaving the hotel. It is beautiful and breathtaking. It is a 1 minute drive to the beach, but the views from our balcony are well worth it. Clean and modern. The waffles during breakfast were amazing. The only negative is that it didn't have a pool (being renovated). If you have two kids and have to pack... More

Thank you Hxa0063 for your review of our property. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed our breakfast and our breathtaking views. It certainly is a better vantage point with our elevation. On behalf of the hotel we do apologize for the inconvenience of the pool being unavailable. With that being said, our newly renovated pool should be open in... More

We just stayed at hotel Wailea for the first times in years and WOW! The renovation is amazing - the rooms are a 5 star resort level! absolutely gorgeous! Also, the layout makes ideal for a family (we had our 1 and 5 years olds with us). And you can't beat the ocean views!! We will 100% go there again!
