We stayed a week at this resort. It is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the Worlds. Overall the place is nice, stylish and new....but there were still many works in progress during our stay (14-22 August 2014). It was almost impossible to stay at the pool since it was surrounded by work in progress. I think it would... More

What a great find. When we began looking for hotels for our vacation, this was the first one that caught our eyes. We looked around and are so glad we picked Hotel Wailea. The resort is beautiful and while they are finishing construction it was never a problem. The pool is done and is amazing with the spacious and modern... More

We stayed at the hotel wailea for 5 nights in a panoramic ocean view room. Upon arrival we were told that we were in one of the newly refurbished rooms. What can I say the room was perfect in every way! In fact the service was perfect , we had several visitors during our stay and every time the valets... More

i can't rave enough about this hotel awesome, every staff member went beyond our expectations, I would like to thank Chris M. for making our weekend extra special, he took my reservation over the phone, and we had the privilege of meeting him when we checked in at the front desk, I would like to compliment his professionalism, and his... Incredible views, beautiful and well-appointed rooms, and most significantly, the service and the staff were perfectly welcoming and professional. Lots of places to relax - loved my balcony and the pool cabanas. Highly recommend dinner at Capische for a special night. Thanks!

We were in Hotel Wailea for 5 nights. We arrived to the hotel by car, quite easily located, though the sign might be also easily missed. Go till you reach the Fairmont and then immediately turn left. You have your area for self-parking first and then another area for valet-parking (included in price). The first impression was that the hotel... More

After tripping through New York, Las Vegas and Waikiki, we jetted over to Maui for a few days. The Hotel Wailea was exactly what we were looking for to wind down after a very busy schedule. This hotel is not located on the beach like most resorts, but tucked away up the top of the hill, providing water views from... More

It is a pleasure to hear that you enjoyed the tranquil privacy and barefoot luxury of your suite at Hotel Wailea. We are surprised of your unfortunate experience with our staff member since staff interaction and personalized service with our guests is a strength we hold. Ordinarily we only receive very positive responses from our guests in regards to our... More

My husband and I just completed an eight night stay at Hotel Wailea and our stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We love Hawaii and have stayed at competing properties in the area before and Hotel Wailea is by far our favorite. We really felt at home and very relaxed. Our Ocean view suite was renovated with high quality... More

I made last minute booking at this hotel after our family was left with electricity at Makena Resort. Front desk staff and Manager Chris were accommodating us with early check-in! Our family vacation was not going as planned upto this point. Service and accommodation at Hotel Wailea made our vacation worthwhile... In-room dining orders, food was delivered hot and promptly.... My husband and I had planned to go to Hawaii and stay in Maui for our honeymoon, we searched around for hotels in the area and saw that most things in Maui was pretty pricey!
