When we arrived, we were absolutely taken by the lobby. It is beautifully decorated and open to the elements with a spectacular view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and very attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend a treatment at the spa, my 80 minute massage was amazing and the facility is as well. We had... More

My family (wife & 3 children 17, 12, & 10) had great time and didn't want to leave! Our stay started with a lei greeting, and an upgrade to Napua Towers (i'm a HiltonHHonors Diamond member. I paid for first night and then used points for next 2 nights). We utilzed the Executive Lounge for breakfast and evening snack (sometines... More

Stayed here with a company do for 5 days in March. Very nice as ever, as was here last year. Stayed in a twin with my mate. Everything was good but be aware that the hotel bar closes at between 11 - 12 at night - not late!! Pools were all open - a little bit of work going on... More

We are a family of 4 with kids 10 and 11 years old. We were in the Napua tower, great room size and lanai, great breakfasts and appetizers too. The hotel is spread out and there are lots of places to walk and hang out. The pool was fantastic with the waterslides and lazy river. Our kids loved the beach... More

Just returned yesterday from a weeks stay at the Grand Wailea - took my 11 year old for her spring break. I am a hotel snob and was very happy with the Grand Wailea. This was our first visit to this property. I had stayed at the Ritz in Kapalua previously at the other end of the island - I... More

Had a great time at the Grand Wailea. We had some worry reading some of the negative reviews. However, we had no problems. Our kids loved the pool, slides, tarzan rope, and the beach. The hotel is awesome. We will be headed back to the Grand Wailea. We found the staff to be very helpful with any questions and offered... More

We've just returned from a trip to the Grand (my husband, young kids and nanny), and we had a wonderful time. The service and attitude of everyone was absolutely fantastic--thanks so much to Jerry, Dan, Ally and Faye in the Napua tower--it was such a good time. We thoroughly enjoyed the morning breakfast and the evening cocktails- it is such... More

Incrediblly beautiful hotel. Gorgeous view of ocean (with whales) and volcano. Lush grounds and great beach and pool. Breakfast buffet is an quite a spread - so much delicious fresh fruit. Very helpful staff. Beds sooo comfortable - we slept like babies! If you plan to visit here often becoming a member is the way to go - significant discounts... More

Went for freinds wedding and nearly chose to stay elsewhere due to cost but thankfully decided to stay 10 nights and would have regretted it if had gone elsewhere. The place is basically the "Grandest" hotel in probably the grandest resort (Wailea) on probably the best Hawian island. We went at the begining of Sept and it was only a... More
