The villa itself somewhat of an unsung diamond, located 20km south of Trinidad de cuba. Our only night here was when Hurricane Cristabel was gathering strength out in the carribean sea. So as British people abroad we welcome the rain, as it broke the humidity of the heat and no sun. Our room were average kitted out(twin bed) very basic lock... More

This hotel complex is right on a beautiful bay, with sandy beach, complete with pigs and chickens roaming around. I stayed in a standalone chalet; others stayed in accommodation blocks. There is a strange octopus woman statue by reception and bar. The dining was buffet style and I was too tired to stay up for the entertainment, which was the... More

Our experience of this place was a positive one. The room was basic but clean and comfortable which I think is all you can really ask for. It reminded me of a holiday inn in the uk, but with a beuatiful view of the caribbean sea. Also the breakfast was acceptible and the bar reasonably priced. The only downside was... More

I was in Cuba for a school learning service trip. This was the second hotel which we stayed at and I would have loved if we could have stayed there the whole trip. It was honestly a hidden gem. I thought the layout of little huts was really adorable and our room overlooked the ocean. It was a really neat... More

It was a horrible place! The rooms with the smell of musty, rememberig old times: those of workers ' holidays in Poland (Poles know what's going on) even though it was pretty clean, well-kept grounds though without taste, breakfast very average, and here there is no choice but for dinner, you need to be sure to go to the bar... We have stayed here for one night only, as part of the organised trip by thomas cook. We were told usually the tour stops in a Trinidad Hotel, but that one was overbooked so we ended up here. The place looked ok at the beginning, lucky location. The room looks smallish, but fine for a night we thought. The first... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during the Cuban Discovery Tour which we visited Santi Spiritus, Trinidad, El Nicho Natural Park, Cienfuegos and Santa Clara. It is a very basic hotel, but the beds were clean and the room had air conditioning and the staff were friendly. The food at the hotel was OK but not much imagination... More
