You may or may not have hot water or a toilet seat. The buffet is marginal with poor service. I drank morning coffee from a soup bowl as the coffee cups were few to be had. All for crappy instant coffee from a machine. The drinks were as expected. The beer was cold, so not a total loss.

This all inclusive resort is great if you want to sit at the beach and have free included in the price drinks in plastic cups. If good food, clean rooms and fresh facilities are more to your liking, this is not the place for you.

The main reason I chose to return to Rancho Luna was the price and the fact that we would be flying into the Cienfuegos airport instead of Santa Clara. The front desk staff remembered us so check in was quite fast, they didn't even put the bracelets on us. It's a great feeling when people remember you. They even called... More

The room was adequate. We could see a little piece of the ocean. Nice open air lobby. All inclusive, so the typical dinner and lunch buffets. Beds were comfortable, and we did have hot water for showers. That's always a plus in Cuba. Not the fanciest place, but just fine for a night or two.

Travelled with my husband we know many locals which is the only reason we go to this resort, and its cheap. We've been 6 times. Meet fantastic people every time we travel here. Food is terrible but go to the public beach, also restaurants in town are great. Speak with the locals you can do a pig and lobster roast... More

This is a very strange place to stay. Feels like it was build by the Russians in the 60's as its over the top concrete in garish colours. Our room was on the second floor, no list and no staff to help. The room was dated, in need of some painting etc, but adequate. The pool area was ugly, ugly,... More

This hotel was included with our trip of air flight and food. There was an endless amount of beer available and the food is not as pleasing after the first two days. The rooms open up to the beach. this is an upgrade from the regular rooms. The shower drain needed some plumbing. It runs very slow. Overall, the service... More

We read many reviews prior to booking Rancho Luna, and decided to give it a try. We were on a budget vacation and the price was enticing. Overall we were happy. The staff are incredible and really do everything they can to make your vacation a great experience. The rooms are clean and the chamber maids take great pride in... More

Rancho Luna ......Lots of old dirty men with young women.. some bartenders are extremely rude ..... constant Cubans on the beach where there not supposed to be. Transgender's all over the resort trying to pick up men and women. My maid only cleaned the room throughly when I didn't leave a tip. When I did she would only make the... More

Travelled Dec. 26 to Jan. 9 2016 at a price for a single that was less than half most of the all-inclusives for these dates. Air Cubano flight from Toronto was smooth but basic--no alcohol, movies or hot food, Easy route through customs to bus and easy 90-minute ride from Santa Clara to Rancho Luna , Arrived at 11:00 pm...
