Nice, clean room. Peaceful surroundings with clean private beach and spacious pool area. Very relaxing hotel. I didn't try the food but enjoyed the drinks. Not too far from from the City Center and easy to get a taxi into town. Its a perfect hotel for couples as it is a lot quieter than other club amigo hotels.

We stayed at this all inclusive hotel for 5 days last week. I have scrolled through and read some of the past comments/ reviews on this hotel and I will have to say that I wish I would have read these comments before we went there because they are extremely accurate. *** Prostitution *** Unfriendly service *** Stray cats &... Stayed in a suite for one week. Very calm, almost empty hotel and beach. Excellent service, especially in the dining room. Staff took care of each tourist individually, made sure we had extras like cold milk at breakfast etc. Kitchen and restaurant very clean, Geisy is a great manager who takes great pride in her work. Beach is very quiet,... More

Hotel Rancho Luna is off the beach near Cienfuegos. It is about 25 minutes from Cienfuegos so don't expect to see the night life without a cab. The hotel is really a two level motel about 100 yards from the beach. For entertainment, there is a swimming pool and bar with drinks included (only the basic drinks). You can walk... More

My family has visited Rancho Luna many, many times over the past twenty years. We started going when it was a one star resort and the star pretty much summed it up. However, over the past seven years, the resort has gained in popularity and in stars. The resort layout is fabulous. The rooms have been cleaned up significantly and... More

I stayed on mid June. Room 337 very spacious so far the best I ever seen at the hotel. Food at the restaurant was downgrade from two years ago. now are less options however I had shrimps two time in 4 days. Cafeteria and bar were poorly. two years ago there was pizza, sandwich and fruit at any given time... More

Our group had a quick check-in and I got room 261. My room faced the beach and was very quiet. The room was very basic with a small bathroom. A huge positive was hot water and super cold air conditioning unit. There were different buffet station for dinner and breakfast. The food was ok. After dinner, the resort had a... More

The potential of this hotel is Amaizing! Somehow needs improvement. For a 3 stars hotel, Rancho Luna is much better than used to be 15 years ago, the new management has improved a lot and tries to continue its efforts to please the clients.Location is one of the best, beaches are wilde and clean embraced by a lust of beauty... As the title says it, I think for cuba's standard it was quite great. I enjoyed my stay there. I'm not sure why so many complained about the service. I thought the service was more than adequate and the staff are very friendly and helpful.. The young manager who works there is a very bright, and friendly guy who is... More

Approximately 15 years ago I spent a week here, worst place ever! Like they say if it sounds too good to be true it usually is. This place wrote the book on 1001 ways to do rice & potatoes! I was forewarned and brought cup-a-soup, crackers, salt & pepper as the food was almost unbearable. The only thing good back... More
