Nice clean motel, the owners were very friendly, and a very modest price. The room was ultra clean, the beds were great and it was very well presented. I will definitely stay again when next in the area - it is a good base for exploring the bay.

The owner was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The rooms were nice and clean, everything was perfect and as expected. We knew we would arrive late, so we called ahead. Turns out this was a good idea, since once the owner goes to bed you might have a tough time checking in. Keep that in mind!

I have been staying at the Fox while working away from home. It is a very comfortable and clean motel with friendly and helpful staff. I would reccomend it to anyone while travelling or looking for a nice spot to stay. Great spot for fisherman as well, the walleye fishing close by in the Bay of Quinte is world class.

We stayed here while in town for a curling bonspiel. The motel is 1960 vintage but has been updated and is spotless. Double beds but excellent mattresses. Very friendly management. Rooms are small but for an overnight stay very adequate. A family style restaurant is right across the street.

The motel is very clean, very well maintained. It's definitely VERY rare to see a motel this good (but remember it's still motel-class). Nice modern TV, fridge, excellent bathroom and shower.
