This motel is quite nice for the price but the breakfast is missing. If you don't mind climbing a few steps this place is okay. The Only drawback is that if you consider toast and English muffins and cool coffee breakfast go for it. We ate out the other mornings. Everything was good but the breakfast. No hot water for... was expected the worst from a motel, but it was a lot better then expected. Stayed for one night and didnt have the money for a deposit so they waived the fee for us. Room was very clean and customer service was amazing. Had to end up staying another two nights and the staff is so lovely and made us... More

We were looking for something affordable and talking with friends who had stayed here previously, we chose this place. It was exactly as we expected and served our purpose for spending 2 nights here. Rooms are small, but it was clean and safe environment. Plenty of toilet paper but surprisingly no kleenex box. Even had a mini fridge (without freezer)... More

We were looking for a place to stay in order to visit Sandbanks Provincial Park the next day, and found that everything was booked solid. We had our dog with us so that made it even harder to find suitable accommodations in the area. We finally had to start looking in the Napanee area, which is about a 40 minute... More

The room requested was to be smoke-free & pet free, 2 beds due to allergies. The room smelled like wet dog upon entering & as we looked through there was evidence that a dog had been left in the washroom as the wood trim had been chewed and as a result the paint was scratched off when I spoke with... Booking online was extremely easy, I love that their bookings go right into my iPhone app Bookings.com. We have stayed twice now and both times very satisfied with the value of the rooms. They have the best rates in the Kingston and Napanee region, located right off the highway, restaurants and gas stations are close by. Beds are clean and... More

This motel was far from special, we stayed here because they allowed dogs, the only place in napanee I believe. We checked in and it was quick and easy, then we pulled up to our room and it was very small, and I didn't take my shoes off once, I found someones cell charger still plugged in and a lighter... When I checked the website the room showed $59. per night. When we arrived we were told this is "winter rates". Room was actually $79. Can't believe they pay their cleaning staff any more in summer than winter, so why should rates be increased??? Room smelled like cigarette smoke, masked by Febreeze. Towels were skimpy & almost threadbare. Pillows were... More

If you really like a tarantino like hostel in the nowhere next to any highway you should vonsider to stay there overnight. There is really nothing royal but we love to stay there overnight and we will come back if we can. The price is fair.. The wifi is not working, the tv and ac is not working either and... More
