Clean rooms, recently renovated. Great pricing! Helpful owner-operator went the extra mile during our stay... literally went the extra mile by driving us to a wedding event 3 miles down the road... Hard to find that kind of service these days. Would definitely recommend this motel to any skiers, snowboarders, or race-drivers needing comfortable and affordable accommodations in the Calabogie... The loons singing at daybreak. Wow! That's what I call an alarm clock! This is a beautiful area, with skiing in winter, the lakes for swimming and boating in summer, and the summer cottages. The motel is exceptionally well fitted up. I appreciated the indirect lighting over the bed when I watched Tv. The I bathroom is especially clean and... More

I stayed here for 2 nights recently. I will write my review stating pros and cons, as always. PROS: -easy to find, right on the highway - very comfortable bed! - room and bathroom looked recently painted (relatively) - hair dryer in bathroom - large closet - microwave, kettle, mini-fridge in the room - a couple of candies and chocolates... I would like to note that the traveling companions were extremely pleased with their stay and were very complimentary. We do our very best to insure a pleasant stay. We have never had those complaints before. More

We stayed there for 2-3 days on a snowmobile vacation. The suite is absolutely very nice with all the commodities we needed. The room is spotless, bright and very comfortable. The only little thing is that the heating unit is a bit noisy. The owners are very nice and friendly. We will go back shortly for sure.

We stayed here during our bike trip in July 2012. We went past it, as we thought the empty building next to it was part of the Motel- it wasn't. We are happy we went back, as Susan went out of her way to be accommodating. It was perfect after a hot day of riding....rooms were clean and cool and... More

We had occasion to stay at the Calabogie Motor Inn last weekend. We were visiting Ottawa and surrounding area and spent two nights there. Not only are the rooms spotless, and the hosts extremely helpful and friendly, they provide little extra touches that mean so much! The location is fabulous, beautiful beach across the road and since many of the... More

Friendly owners and the rooms were very clean and modern. I liked the new plasma TV. Best rates in town. Thanks Sue and Eric

I came in from Montreal to do a track event at the Calabogie Motor Park. Awesome track by the way. I wanted something close to the track and inexpensive. This is it. It was a little cool that evening. There was no heat to be found. No one is manning the lodge after 11pm so no one to speak to.... More

I stayed at this little motel last fall while on a motorcycle trip. I found the room to be spacious and clean and they even had some biker magazines in the room to read. The thing I disliked the most about the room was that the tv was mounted way up by the ceiling like you were in a hospital... More

Well located in tiny town of Calabogie, this small motor inn is kept very clean and tidy and is reasonably priced. If you sleep with two pillows...make sure you bring one from home as there are no extras
