A group of 5 of us stayed here for 4 nights. We had a two bedroom unit. Master bedroom was awesome with a very comfy bed and sliding doors to a patio. Very clean. The second bedroom had twin beds and also comfortable. 2 full bathrooms. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and that person ended up,having to get her... More

Last minute decision to stay here and it turned out to be a great choice; far more than we expected. Our 'room' was very clean and comfortable and consisted not only of a bedroom complete with a comfortable king sized bed and a full ensuite with jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, but had a fully equipped kitchen, dining room,... Free WiFi for each unit so pretty good actually. 1 and 2 bedroom condo units. A majority are set in to 4 units in a building with a few 2... More

My wife and I stayed here for a week during our Canadian road trip. We exchanged our week with RCI. The room was wonderful overlooking the lake. Every morning we were serenaded by the sounds of birds singing and the local loons. From our deck I could see a groundhog who while we were there had six babies. One night... More

We have a time share with RCI which we have used frequently to exchange to the lodge. We live an hour away so it's convenient for us to get too. We generally use it in conjunction with our family to stay while we ski at the peaks at the other end of the lake. When our kids were small we... More

This was a beautiful resort with many of the winter activities we wanted to experience. Ice Fishing, Snowmobiling, Ice Skating and Snowshoeing. We are not skiers but Calabogie Peaks is close by. We caught fish - perch, pike and even a mud puppy. The pool was well used and in need of a makeover which we were told by resort... More

Next to sled trail. Two parking spaces per unit, so room for trailer. All units are 2 level, with full kitchen, dining, fireplace, patio, balcony, lake views. The A-units have pull-out in lower level, queen upstairs. Separate baths. There's a BBQ shelter, boat launch and dock. Within walking distance to small grocery store and restaurants. Clean and spacious. Stay the... More

Thank you for your feedback! Although we have had such cold weather, guests continue to enjoy the beauty that surrounds the resort. The room which can sleep 4 is two levels with two balconys, kitchen fully stocked with things for cooking, two bathrooms, fireplace, two TV's... Overlooking water, or ice in this case. I'm not sure if all the rooms are the same but this one was excellent. The pool, spa are not in the same building so be prepared to walk... More

Thank you for your comment! Work continues in the pool area. We recently installed new boilers and an HVAC system. Our goal is to have the pool painted, hot tub maintained and resurfaced plus clean the retractable roof ~ April 7 - 21, 2015. Nice place to be in this cold weather! At that time, new signage will be in... More

I have been a timeshare owner at the lodge for a number of years. The previous "owners" in the beginning seemed quite good. There was an outdoor hottub on the deck and a large dock extending out into the bay allowing enough room for everyone to dock there boats or swim from. The hot tub was even hot. There was... More

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, the heat system in the Reception area has been subsidizing the pool area until the new HVAC system is ready for use; we are hoping this week. That will mean heat in the pool area and a dryer atmosphere. We had repairs completed on the hot tub on Saturday and a new blower will... More
