The room was clean and comfortable, and had a refrigerator, which was a nice, unexpected addition. Staff was very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was also excellent. The hotel fits the need for a basic room, nothing fancy, and it suited our purposes with the rate being quite reasonable at $66 per night. more
My friends and I stayed at the Days Inn in Natchez for 1 night. The room was acceptable, but no more. The "queen size" beds seemed really small for a queen size. But they were comfortable. The carpet was kind of gross.o The strip that holds the carpet down came loose in some parts so there were hard lumps under... more
This is the old south at it's best. This was our first trip to Mississippi and this town is wonderful. The Days Inn was also very nice and unique. The have two types of rooms, regular and deluxe. The deluxe rooms are super nice and themed. Heidi at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. She even called us... more
With Days Inn, you get pretty much what you pay for. The room and bathroom was clean but the carpet under the bed needs a good vacuuming. As I have kids I am usually quite vigilant about checking for stuff under the beds since the kids might put things (pills or candies) in their mouth. Also the fridge needs a... more
We arranged a decent AAA rate on the Days Inn website, and arrived with my two small shih tzus. We had reserved a "Veranda Room", which are in a nicer-looking building next to the regular hotel-style building. When we checked in and I informed them that we had dogs, I was extremely disappointed to find out that my dogs were... more
OK, this place has seen better days. The wallpaper needs to be replaced, along with the furniture. BUT...the beds were firm and excellent. Sheets and towels were immaculately clean, with no holes. They were not too thin. No mildew or mold. Carpet was clean. The curtain rods were damaged and we had to pin the curtains closed, but we got... more
My daughter and I checked in and the first room (non-smoking) had been smoked in. Management promptly gave us another room, on the back side of the hotel, next to the Laundry room. The door was "bent", so it was hard to open and close it. Left a lot to be desired in the safety department, definitely a fire hazard!... more
My husband and I recently attended a wedding in Natchez, MS and stayed at this motel for 4 nights. Our daughter stayed in another room, 2 aunts and uncles stayed in 2 other rooms and our brother-in-law stayed in one room and his daughters in another room. So, we got to sample 6 rooms in all. We felt (as did... more
The staff was wonderful, made check in and out easy and quick. The rooms were recently redone. They were not deluxe accomidations but were nice for the price. My 13 year old son loved the game room and thought the free breakfast was "the bomb". The maids snuck in to clean and left fresh towels while we went about the... more
