the rooms are comfortable and large. Front desk friendly and efficient. Cons,1. no room service 2. the bar closes if there is a reception or wedding, leaving the rest of the guests without service. The buffet breakfast is good but not outstanding. On return to Natchez I would probably stay at another hotel.

We stayed at the Natchez Grand Hotel this past weekend. If you're looking for a very basic hotel in a FANTASTIC location and a great "free" breakfast, then this is your spot. The room (king junior) had nice accommodations (bed comfy, great river view, decent TV, fridge), the carpet (both in the room and in the hallway) was stained. We... More

The location was absolutely perfect! We walked to nearly every place we wanted to go. Clean rooms. The breakfast was a step above most hotel breakfasts. Right on the river. Definitely recommend. Only down side is some of the staff was not very friendly.

We stayed in a deluxe king suite with balcony and river view. We loved it! Our suite was like a one- bedroom apartment wit french doors in the bedroom and living room opening onto a large balcony overlooking a park and the river. The price was quite reasonable, and the breakfast was excellent--no plastic in sight! We will definitely stay... More

I booked one of the Balcony Suites this past weekend as a treat for my Mom's 78th birthday. We brought along her sister so there were 3 of us girls in the room. Mom and her sister shared the king sized bed and said it slept very comfortably. I slept on the sofa bed and it was also comfy. The... More

The Natchez Grand is close to the downtown part of Natchez. Great for walking to the shops, restaurants, carriage ride, and the Mississippi. But if you want to visit the old homes, the Old South Winery, and the places under-the-hill, you will need to use your car. The breakfast is really good, not just a continental breakfast, real food .... More

If you want a decent clean room and a great location for touring this historic city then stay at the Grand Hotel. It was an enjoyable stay, but "Grand" is a bit of a stretch. The staff was very friendly, and the property was a good spot to call home while we soaked up the lovely city and it's rich... More

In the internet or adverts you can see that the hotel has a swiming pool but I'd rather say that it was mini-swiming pool on the parking area - not nice at all!. If it would be different, I guess that the hotel would get the best mark from me. Scenic view, nice location, good interior and excellent service is... More

Thank you so much for the wonderful comments regarding your recent stay at the Natchez Grand Hotel & Suites. With our location in the heart of the historic downtown district, an outdoor pool is not a likely amenity most would expect. However, because we welcome all- from business travelers to families alike- we do offer an outdoor pool. As space... More

By most standards, this hotel is great. What we found was a large part of the room had not been vacuumed and asking the floor staff to come in required us to point out the areas around the furniture that had not been cleaned for some time. She, finally, cleaned it and all was well, but we felt they only... More

The hotel itself was fine except for the weird stain of unknown origins on one of the queen beds, accompanied by a piece of hair that clearly wasn't ours. However, there is a deli down the street that sells amazing salsa and the view across from the hotel is legendary. It made up for the hair. The hotel seems like... More
