We e-mailed Management to attempt to reserve a room in March 2012. They clearly stated we could reserve by telephone or e-mail. We e-mailed the reservation and gave a number to call for CC#. They said a room was available and when I called 2 days later to get further details they stated they had given room away because we... More

These folks emailed us about a certain date which was not available. I did email them back with another date that they said would work. I emailed them back asking them to please CALL US to reserve the room. This is our busy time and we could not hold the room without ANY information. The only information I had was... More

My wife and I were only going to stay 1 night in Natchez, but changed our minds to 2 nights, because the restored historic house was wonderful, the breakfast was gourmet, and the historical river area had a lot to see. Thanks Doug for your hospitality and travel tips.

My wife and I made the trip up from Baton Rouge this past weekend in a driving rainstorm. Upon arrival, Don (one of the owners) greeted us and helped us get settled in to our room. We stayed in the upstairs "Myrtle" room. There was a bit of a chill in the air that night, but not in our room... More

My stay at Oak Hill was splendid! I traveled with my mother and two of her cousins for an all girt weekend to beautiful Natchez. I loved Oak Hill because it was a comfortable elegance. The beds were wonderful, and I slept well each night. Breakfast could have not been better. I have eaten breakfast/brunch at many award winning restaurants... More

Our stay at Natchez couldn't have been better. Our hosts who own this beautifully restored house have thought of everything. Our accommodation, in a room on the ground floor with a four-poster bed, was extremely comfortable and the gourmet breakfasts were simply the best! It is a delightful house with lovely antiques and a pretty garden. Can't speak highly enough... More

Excellent accommodation. Rooms extremely comfortable. Home made food wonderful. Don't miss the tour of this historic gem, if offered. Having stayed there I Iunderstand why it won the trip advisor award.

Oak Hill Inn was the best!!!! It was everything you would want, the inn was beautiful! The breakfast was over the top, so much wonderful food. The owners really cared and tried to make you feel at home. They had thought of every little thing. The rooms were great! I will go back. Even the conversation and tour of the... More

My daughter and I stayed at the inn while we spent the weekend touring antebellum homes in Natchez, Mississippi. We chose Oak Hill based on recommendations on Trip Advisor, and we were not disappointed! Gorgeous, intimate historic home with period furnishings, gracious and knowledgeable hosts, and the breakfasts are legendary! Even though it is located in a quiet historic neighborhood,... More

Stayed in Natchez at the Oak Hill Inn for a few days; the building and rooms were absolutely lovely, it was in a great location, the host was wonderful and the breakfasts there were the best food we ate in Natchez. My b&b standards have definitely been raised now. ;)
