Doug and Don have done an outstanding job of transforming this 19th century home into a fabulous B & B. Their hospitality is first rate and the food is beyond wonderful. The great personal stories behind many of their furnishings complement the additions they have made. Kudos to them for a terrific experience. We will tell all our friends.

I cannot say enough about this bed and breakfast. The house itself is fascinating - full of antiques with intriguing stories behind them. The service was perfect. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. And the breakfast was SUPERIOR. I highly recommend the Historic Oak Hill Inn in the beautiful city of Natchez, Miss.

I have been staying at B&Bs' since the early '80s including everything from New Castle, Delaware to Leicester,England and really recommend Oak Hill in Natchez. Apart from the amazing city the Inn itself is worth the trip, We loved the home, the tour, the stay, the advice and the tremendous breakfast. This was my 7th trip to Natchez but the first for... More

From the moment my Mother-in-law and I arrived at Oak Hill we were treated like the belles of the ball. The grounds were exceptionally lovely with the magnolia trees still blooming and the gardenias just starting to. Doug immediately welcomed us with a batch of homemade chocolate chocolate chip cookies and later served a special mint julep with mint grown... More

My husband and I stayed at Oak Hill Inn the last night of the Spring Pilgrimage and it was our best experience in Natchez. We go to Natchez annually for the Pilgrimage and we will definitely stay at Oak Hill Inn for now on. The mint julep was awesome along with the chocolate chip cookies. Our room was beautiful and... Oak Hill Inn is not just a bed and breakfast, it is an occasion. On a recent road trip to the Deep South from the UK we were fortunate enough to stay for two nights with Doug and Don in what must be one of the most beautiful and fascinating houses ever to serve as a bed and breakfast establishment.... Historic Oak Hill Inn is one of the best B & Bs I have ever expereinced. Full of charm. Excellent restoration. Filled with high quality antiques. Doug is an extremely gracious and articulate host. The breakfast was eggs benedict with a very tasty sauce, croissants, muffins, fruit french toast and more. This inn only has three rooms and is intimate... More

My grandmother and I recently attended the annual Spring Pilgrimage and stayed at Oak Hill. It was an amazing experience. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Doug. He was so kind and showed us to our room and around the grounds. We met Don later and enjoyed his famous chocolate chip cookies. Oak Hill is a beautifully restored home and... More

Being a professional meeting planner for the past 30+ years, I cannot offer enough praise regarding my recent 2 night stay at the Historic Oak Hill Inn. Comfort, cleanliness, location, serenity and GREAT food are definitely at the top but for me, it was the personal detail and generosity exhibited by the gracious owners that impressed me the most. It... More

Traveled to Natchez for our Anniversary and Spring Pilgrimage staying two nights. The Oak Hill Inn was the perfect place to call home during our stay. Just as soon as we arrived Doug handed us mint juleps to enjoy on the back patio. Every detail was exceptional, from the comfort of our room to the fantastic breakfasts. The Oak Hill's... More
