Arrived in room on Valentine's weekend and went to take a shower. Noticed the bathroom was not cleaned and dirty towels still hanging. There was hair in the shower and bed was made nicely but pulled back covers and hair was in the sheets and not washed. Left this place immediately!

They called us to tell us our reservations were cancelled (4 days before our expected arrival) because something came up. Then offered me a 50% discount on a future stay. Hell no!! Because something came up? That's the best explanation you can give? Such a disappointment for such a fabulous little town.

Staying at Twin Oaks takes you back to a time where life was calmer and slower. Allows you restful time to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Front Porch with rocking chairs over looking gardens is a special place. Host Regina Charboneaux is the perfect hostess. Rooms immaculately clean. Atmosphere perfect.

Recently stayed at Twin Oaks for one night. We stayed in room one which has 2 queen size beds and nice modern bathroom! It was as nice as a 4 or 5 star hotel. The air conditioner worked great, it was a large room and full size toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, lotion, etc.) we enjoyed sitting on the porch... More

Stayed 2 nights during Art Weekend. The caretaker, Nancy, made us feel at home. Really enjoyed the neighbors who were staying from Norway. The breakfast across the street at the Castle was first class. Will stay here again.

We stayed one night here on a recent drive down to New Orleans it looked really inviting but we were disappointed in the accommodation, it looked really olde worlde in the photos but although the suite was made up of antique furniture etc the reality was slightly different, there was a damp smell in the suite and it wasn't the... We were fortunate to find such a great place to stay after learning about the home parade that was taking place. The accommodations were great ... but ... it was more like staying in a small hotel rather than a B&B. You don't stay in the actual house. There's a small unit off to the side of the gardens that... This wonderful B & B is a must-do. It's a delightfully authentic, warm and gracious and superbly operated by the Charboneu's. BTW, the Mrs. is a famous American chef who will soon publish her third cookbook. That said, they have just opened a new eatery in downtown Natchez called King's Tavern. If you want to experience some amazing food in... More

Last week I did a business trip to Natchez and the highlight of it was a stay at Twin Oaks. I have had hit and miss luck with various hotels in Natchez over the years. At Twin Oaks, my room was more of a suite, with a living room, huge bathroom and a supremely comfortable bedroom. Also welcome with a... More

My husband and I have been to Natchez many times and absolutely love staying in all the different B&B's. Our daughter and son-in-law and our 14 month old grandson wanted to make the trip so trying to find a B&B that will allow children was very difficult. I called and talked to Janet, what a pleasure! She was the most... More
