my family didn't care for this place. We didn't realize we would be in a separate building so we took our luggage to the front door of the home. The husband seemed sort of irritated as if we were going to scratch his floors and told us to leave it there before he said hello. We weren't offered anything to... more

We stayed at Twin Oaks with our two small children. They had their own room adjoining ours. On Friday evening the owners of Twin Oaks had a beautiful wine / champagne reception with wonderful sweets and finger sandwiches....very southern. It was included in the price. The owner, Regina, was there and so very nice. They are no longer doing the... more

We just had an incredible weekend stay at Twin Oaks. The B&B has a beautiful main house and side building with the six guest rooms. Upon our arrival Regina greeted us with such warmth and hospitality. She gave us a personal tour of the home and grounds, and a much-appreciated glass of wine after a long drive! Our guest room... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at Twin Oaks this past weekend. We stayed in both Rooms 1 and 6. Number six is smaller with a high four poster queen bed and (non-working) fireplace. Number one was much larger with two queen beds and several upholstered pieces of furniture. Both rooms have wet bars with a small fridge and huge... more

Stayed at the Twin Oaks Bed and Breaksfast last week to tour Natchez. When we got there no one came to the door, then we called and the housekeeper came to the door. We were tired from traveling and it would have been nice to have been offered something to drink or a cup of coffee. I thought we were... more

First let me say we are a french family living near Paris. US has always been my favorite destination, but we were a little worried in 2003 because of the events. Fortunately, Americans have been as nice and friendly to us as they always had been, and I have only good things to say about our 23-day trip across the... more

Our favorite bed and breakfast inn, Monmouth Plantation was booked this past weekend so we stayed at Twin Oaks. It was wonderful! We sat on the large front porch and visited with the other people staying there. Regina is a lovely hostess and the room was very pretty. We may have 2 "favorite" places to stay in Natchez now. Breakfast... more

Twin Oaks is a great place to stay! The rooms are immaculate, spacious and nicely decorated. But the real draw here is Regina-- a friendly, interesting and most accomodating innkeeper. An added bonus is the optional breakfast buffet at Dunleith's restaurant and tour of the house. more

Regina and her family welcomed us in during hurricane Lili, fall of 2002. Her charm and attention to our hurried needs has made the Twin Oaks and the accomodations of the Natchez area our new favorite place to "escape" to for an afternoon or weekend. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for the true southern hospitality. Mike and... more
