had two nights in the very central location of the hotel , which has genuine style. we called in the visitor centre and they made the call, and gave clear intructions to us how to dry there , very helpful for two Brits. so much good food available in the area only had one breakfast, which was fine. Bar tender... more

Let me start by saying I did not chose this hotel - we were in town for a wedding and this was the hotel recommended by the wedding party. Having said that - the hotel is nice and in a good location near the shops and restaurants of downtown Natchez. Parking is a bit limited but we never had a... more

A little bit of Old World Charm. Freiendly and helpful staff, tho' not always enough of them! Rooms could do with a bit of upgrading but clean and comfortable. Lovely courtyard and eccentric bar. Breakfast varied and willing to charge just for individual items rather than whole buffet. Nice little cafe across road. Within walking distance of all Natchez has... more

We stayed only one night. We got a great price for a Saturday night with a room with a balcony. The room was not as small as I expected, and the balcony was pretty large. The "river view" was blocked by a brand new hotel that was just built...so dont expect to see the river from your balcony BUT if... more

We requested a riverview room with a balcony. We stayed on the 6th floor in a "riverview" room with a balcony. First, there is no riverview. The hotel is 4 blocks from the river and the view is blocked by another hotel. Second, the room overlooked the bar next door. The bar has an outdoor patio and is loud. I... more

I have stayed at the Eola five times over the past year. The service in the hotel is excellent and the rooms and lobby evoke a time when hotels were part of the experience of visiting an area. I have been in a variety of their rooms and prefer the ones with the balcony overlooking the city because I like... more

This is one of those classic-historic type hotels. It's so nice & charming and you almost feel like you're going back in time. Don't expect a modern feel, it's very down home & warm. The lobby area is very nice with old artifacts from the hotels rich history which makes for a comfortable spot to relax or chat. I stayed... more

Stayed at the Eola Hotel on June 28th, 2008. We had a room on the third floor, called a "boutique room with a view of downtown". This was our first time staying at the Eola, but we love Natchez and were really looking forward to this romantic get-away. The lobby is nice, as well as the courtyard and eating areas.... more

Last weekend we were in Natchez for a family wedding and spent two nights at the Eola. It was a great location for us-getting to the rehearsal dinner(Biscuit and Blues) and the wedding at St. Mary's. We had a king room on the 7th floor. We had small balcony with a great view of the river. Some other family members... more

Yes, it's an old hotel but I thought it was very nice and charming. The location is great as it is in walking distance of many things - restaurants, shopping, antebellum homes, the Mississippi River. The rooms in the hotel were small but very clean. The staff was very accommodating - taking a great deal of time to accommodate us... more
