I can imagine that this place in bygone days was amazing. However, it's now in serious need of renovation. The decor is tired and in dire need of attention. In our room, the TV hadn't seen a duster for a while. However, the bed was comfortable and the overhead fan maintained a comfortable temperature in the room and wasn't as... More

We stayed overnight at this hotel as members of a tour group. There were a number of such groups accommodated while we were there. Check in was promptly handled and a welcome glass of punch and a cookie provided. Staff generally were friendly and helpful. This is an old and somewhat quirky hotel with beguiling communal areas and a comfortable... More

Such potential here, but this hotel is so run down it cannot be recommended. First impressions are good, plenty of parking and the entrance is through a verdant open garden. The ground floor looks promising as well, with grand open space and lounge areas. Check in is cold and unhelpful, most unusual in the Deep South. Stepping out of the... More

Went to Natchez for a motorcycle rally. Chose this hotel because host hotel was booked and this was closest to convention center where rally was held. First, I wanted to say that the staff at this hotel is outstanding. They were great from front desk to others pointing us in the right direction. The hotel bartender was awesome. We ordered... More

My mother, sister, niece and I spent the night at the Eola. The staff was so very accommodating, and went above the normal service to assist us in obtaining an extra room. They even changed our original room so that the two rooms were located next to each other and could share a balcony. (We didn't even know there were... More

This hotel has a beautiful lobby and courtyard. However, the corridors and the rooms have a smell of mould and it is not pleasent. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. I would not stay here again.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was nice but needed some cosmetic upgrades, beds were very comfy, lobby was beautiful, nice bar and outside courtyard, did not try the restaurant because we were visiting friends, parking was tough because of all the activities and the hotel being in city center, great place to park car and travel by foot

There is are restaurants around the corner which reception will recommend. if I had the chance again I would eat in one of those The staff were nice until it came to... More

For us Natchez was an overnight stop on the Route 61 drive from Memphis to New Orleans. We pulled into town in the late evening after a long afternoons drive and found the Oasis of Southern Charm that is the Eola. Palm trees and the sound trickling water punctuated the hot humid night, and then we entered the reception area.... More
