We went for a midweek break. The staff lovely so nice to our 2 year old. The room had a balcony and the views were stunning. The room was comfortable and the buffe scrumpcious. They even helped us fitting the snow chains on our way back. We will repeat definetily

Stayed for Christmas combined with snowboarding holiday. Rooms nice but dark ( hard to read ! ) and no kettle, so not possible to have a drink in the room. Buffet dining room which seems too small for numbers of guests and consequently is cramped, noisy and dining felt very rushed. Food is generally good. It's OK but that's all....... More

Just visited Sierra Nevada out of season and wow - it is EMPTY! The entire town was virtually deserted, which made for an interesting stay. The Hotel Kenia Nevada truly feels like an old school mountain lodge, and with it being so empty it felt kind of like The Shining. Beautiful lobby with a lot of interesting antiques, great sauna... First of all, there is nothing wrong with this hotel, the service is good, the rooms are clean, the breakfast was fine... it has a small gym and pool, sauna etc plus some spa treatments which can be a plus for a lot of people. The hotel is so close to the resort but it is up 2 flights of... More

We stayed here for 1 night during a ski weekend & the location was really great, the lift is right in front & all the bars & restaurants really close. The hotel inside is really nice & the staff were very friendly. We also thought the buffet breakfast was really good. Down sides were that we had 2 single beds... More

Not a bad location as long as you´re not wearing ski boots.Although it´s only about 200 metres to the nearest telecabina the ascent back to the hotel via the stairs will have your lungs burning thanks to the steep incline and the fact that you´re at 2,200 metres. The hotel itself is a bit gothic hunting lodge in style and all... Staff helpful, warm and very helpful when we had a problem needing tablets from a pharmacy etc. Pool is being renovated atthe moment - so if that's important to you, check if its open - but pradallano does have a great pool open at the moment - so you can use that. Breakfast buffet very tasty and the hotel has... More

The hotel was situated in a perfect spot. You could get to places very easily. The staff were very friendly from the minute we walked in the door. It is a good place to stay as a family , group or a couple. Food was a typical buffet , but again the staff was very good and the food was... More

We have just spent a great couple of days at this hotel. The staff were really friendly. I am starting to be a firm believer that hotel staff will react to the guest´s level of friendliness. Contrary to some other reviews, we found that the staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating! Our bags were whisked from our... More

The hotel is well located, has friendly staff and that's all ... The decoration is a very strange mix of safari lodge (there is a couple of Masai warriors statues in the hall & some spears near the lift ...), alpine feel (Gothic lettering and some furniture) with a Spanish touch (religious figures close to the restaurant) - that's globalization...
