Stayed here for a weekend with a wedding party and could not have been more comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and charming, big bath tubs, fire places, breakfast included as well as a happy hour wine and cheese. Great toiletries, flat screen tv, internet and great location right by downtown market, shops, parklands for hiking, restaurants, anything and or... More

Loved This Inn I was needing a little R&R after a long, hard month and didn’t want to travel far for that experience. As I live in San Francisco, the Mill Valley Inn was a perfect choice. I stayed 3 nights over the Labor Day weekend and cannot say enough nice things about this little inn. I booked a fireplace... More

I stayed for the first time and the rooms were great, cozy, updated and clean. THe decor is charming and rooms are big with private balconies with views of town and the surrounding mountains. My room had a fireplace which made it extra cozy. The breakfast daily is a great value and the staff are amazing. If you are in... More

I am going to copy and paste the review of some people who must have stayed in the same room that we were given, because we had pretty much the identical experience... "My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. We were really looking forward to being in the middle of the redwoods, however, we were given a room... More

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. We were really looking forward to being in the middle of the redwoods, however, we were given a room with no view. There were construction workers almost right outside our windows, and we could not lower the shades at all. The room itself was fine, however, the view was so disappointing!... More

We stayed at the Inn for three nights arriving on Sept 19, 2014. We were warmly greeted by Ellen. She helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room, which was situated on the main floor nearest the Redwoods. We really enjoyed our room. It was in the back and we could sit by the table on the... More

My husband and I stayed at the Mill Valley Inn over Labor Day weekend. Although it was a quick 1-night stop on our way to Napa Valley, we had a great visit. The inn is the perfect location if you plan to hike at Muir Woods (go early!) and is more peaceful than the hustle and bustle of the City.... More

Highly recommended! In the heart of Mill Valley, the Mill Valley Inn is the perfect place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, parking. This hotel has the perfect location...walk to downtown restaurants and shops, bike ride or hike up the mountain or jump in the car for a quick ride to San Francisco or Napa.

A lovely start to our holiday, with everything you could need on the door step. Great touches throughout the room. Great options for breakfast, and a nice touch with cheese and wine between 5pm and 7pm. Make the most of free mountain bikes and easy access to mount tam trails.
