This previously wonderful establishment is now closed, it has been for six months, it is now a private house - do not understand why the clowns at Tripadvisor will not remove the listing - as it serves no purpose.

Recently stayed at the Eirianfa for one night whilst on a short trip to Wales. We will definitely return when we are next in Wales! The B&B was absolutely amazing. There were lots of personal little touches which made it feel like a five star hotel!! The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in and and the... More

Me and my husband stayed in Eirianfa for 3 nights on an organised cycling holiday, and it was absolutely perfect. Breakfast is exactly what is needed to fuel yourself before pedalling up those cheeky climbs (i.e. very steep hills) and when you are back - a nice cup of tea with a homemade cake waiting for you! Beautiful location, stylish... More

Tony is a wonderful host, and the little touches (eg fresh flowers on the table each morning at breakfast, homemade cakes and compote, each day a different set of beautiful napkin rings!) make it really special and personal. He was so helpful with ideas for walks, places to visit and directions, and even let us boorow his OS map. The... More

Two night weekend stay with our dog. We were made to feel very welcome and our dog was also - even though he did chase the owners cat down into the basement one morning! We knew we would be a bit late for the local pubs for food so we pre-arranged for a cooked meal for us for just after... More

We stayed in the family room at erianfa last night and were stunned with the amazing quality, cleanliness and location of this welsh gem. We have two children aged two and four and in our room we had a king size, single and pull out beds. The mattress quality of all three was tops and we all sunk into our... More

We have stayed at Eirianfa many times and it's still the place to stay in the village. Tony is, as ever, a wonderful host. You won't be disappointed! The Plough Inn is still excellent for evening meals.

We arrived a little later than expected, but warmly welcomed by Tony with a beaming smile, nothing from then on was too much trouble. Its rare that everything on the website is true, but it really was right down to the homemade flapjacks on saturday afternoon! A beautiful setting run by people who really did care about your stay, welcoming... More

From the minute you walk in you can see how immaculately Eirianfa is kept. It definitely feels like a home from home. Tony is a fantastic host where nothing is too much trouble, coffee, tea and home-made fruit cake as soon as we arrived (although I did have an accident with the coffee on the guest book - sorry). We... More

I was very pleasantly surprised by this b&b. Not only were the basics excellent, but the little things were terrific. Such as? A thought-out, coordinated colour-scheme in the rooms; really tasty coffee, good food at breakfast etc. And yet all in a lovely old house, that retained its individuality. If I can find a criticism, I found our bathroom a... More
