We recently stayed at this B&B where we were warmly welcomed by the owners Di & Peter. We were greeted with homemade chocolate sponge & local welsh cakes; & pots of tea & coffee were frequently replenished. We were attending a family wedding at the local Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall. The bride & groom stayed in the self catering garden cottage... More

Great three days in Llanrhaeadr ym Mochnant working on family business. The Bron Heulog Guest House is a very comfortable place to stay with lovely breakfasts and a great welcome from Di and Peter. Can also recommend the village butcher!

This was our third visit and once again we enjoyed a very warm welcome. BH is a fine destination that offers excellent accommodation and breakfast in a very pretty part of mid Wales. The rooms are spacious and well appointed illustrating the attention to detail that ensures you enjoy a pleasant stay. Additional touches like tea and cakes, maps and... More

Very nice B&B with a reasonable price. Valley is beautiful and the drive down to get to the B&B is worth some money in its own right! Was given a warm welcome and very pleased with room. Great breakfast too! Possibly the best thing is the waterfall at the end of the road though (watch out, the road is narrow!)... More

I visited Bron Heulog for 2 nights in the middle of the January snow-falls. I stayed in the Bluebell Room, which is the smallest (and cheapest) of the three rooms and is perfectly fine and I would choose that same room on my next visit. Some nice touches in the room - tea/coffee making facilities PLUS a couple of chocolates... More

My wife and I have stayed here on two occasions and would recommend it without any reservations. The rooms are of a very high standard and the breakfasts likewise. The village is very handy for touring the Llangollen area and Lake Vrynwy is close by.

We stayed at the Garden Cottage, a one bed room self contained facility with everthing of the highest standard. The kitchen is downstairs with the bedroom and conservatory/dining room upstairs, athough because of the slope of the ground, the conservatory leads on the patio. The views are spectacular and the village is a minutes walk away. Di and Peter gave... More

We stayed for two nights when attending a wedding at the nearby Waterfalls. Diane prepared a lovely tea to welcome us on our arrival. Her breakfasts are perfect as you get to choose exactly what you want and she cooks it freshly, just the way you want. This is a lovely village where the locals are only too pleased for... More

We stayed with Diane & Peter for 2 nights at the start of September; (we were on a walking tour taking in the waterfall Pistyll Rhaeadr, which is well worth a visit). They were really welcoming and friendly, provided super breakfasts and packed lunches and we couldn't have been happier. The rooms were spacious and light with really high ceilings,... More
