Have to say we enjoyed a great lunch at this charming rural pub on Saturday, summer salads, home made burgers to die for - sat in the sunny beer garden, children welcomed and entertained by helpful young lady on bar, dogs welcome - the interior of the building is just gorgeous. We think we made a good discovery.

Enjoyed a family lunch here at the weekend, wife and I enjoyed the lovely roast beef and yorkshires, teenage sons went for two of the amazing home made half pound burgers, cheese & Bacon and chicken fillet - absolutely amazing! Pub was nice and busy but not off putting, young lady looking after us did a great job juggling food... More

Great little country pub, visited over half term with the kids, lovely menu, home made burgers and great winter puds. The staff and regular customers were very welcoming and entertaining, we enjoyed visiting the nearby waterfall and Lake Vrynwry - would highly reccomnend.

Met with family & friends for an evening meal in this friendly inn on the night before a wedding at the nearby waterfall. Great tasty food, generous portions & amazingly good prices. Although we were a very large group, having increased in number at the last minute, this was accommodated with no problem & the service was friendly & helpful.

Attended family wedding at nearby waterfall, reception held at this lovely pub - great food, but really excellent service which made the day feel special. The manager took some of our wedding photos from our memory card and displayed them on the TV system during the evening - what a lovely touch!

Booked a family room here for a weekend cycling break, it offered comfy accommodation for myself and teenage sons. Great base for cycling (which was our intention), the pub provided a cosy fire and good food in the evening. The manager stored our bikes in the barn for us and even washed and dried our soaked biking clothing for us... More
